Method for manufacturing bamboo framework body
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bamboo framework body to solve the technical problem of low production efficiency of the existing bamboo framework body. The present invention has the first technical solution of bending a bamboo board into a U-shaped board, cutting the U-shaped board into several U-shaped units, and finally arranging a connecting rod at or close to an opening of the U-shaped unit to make into a bamboo framework body. The present invention has the second technical solution of gluing and stacking plural single bamboo boards and laminating them into a U-shaped board directly; cutting the U-shaped board into several U-shaped units; and finally arranging a connecting rod at or close to an opening of the U-shaped unit to make into a bamboo framework body.
Bamboo railroad tie manufacturing system
A system for crafting railroad crossties of compressed bamboo is described. The system employs a hydraulic press configured to effectively compress multiple stalks of bamboo into a strong unified beam within a mold. Bamboo is first mashed, dried, and treated. A resin is employed as a permanent adhesive, binding the stalks together. The bamboo is stacked within a mold and compressed under the pressure exerted by the hydraulic press. An oven is used to heat the compressed bamboo, and then the bamboo is cooled. The compressed bamboo beam may then be trimmed to remove excess bamboo, and is cut into crosstie segments if needed. The resulting crosstie is sturdy, ecologically friendly, and rapidly manufactured.
Support Poles
A method of forming a support pole, comprising splitting one or more canes of bamboo, or similar tubular plant material, into a plurality of split lengths; inserting a bundle of the split lengths from one or more canes into an outer tube (4); tilting the outer tube (4) at an angle from horizontal and injecting a matrix material into the outer tube (4) so as to fill in between the split lengths and encapsulate the split lengths to form a substantially solid core. The method may comprise injecting the matrix material at multiple injection points (25a, 25b, 25c, 25d) along the length of the tube (4).
Support Poles
A method of forming a support pole, comprising splitting one or more canes of bamboo, or similar tubular plant material, into a plurality of split lengths; inserting a bundle of the split lengths from one or more canes into an outer tube (4); tilting the outer tube (4) at an angle from horizontal and injecting a matrix material into the outer tube (4) so as to fill in between the split lengths and encapsulate the split lengths to form a substantially solid core. The method may comprise injecting the matrix material at multiple injection points (25a, 25b, 25c, 25d) along the length of the tube (4).

An assembly and related process for producing a structural article from a naturally occurring organic material and which includes the steps of conveying a plurality of lengths of the naturally occurring material through a coating operation in order to apply a non-activated adhesive, following which the coated materials are transferred to a succeeding forming operation for shaping and solidifying into a reformed cross sectional shape suitable for a structural application. Additional steps include the naturally occurring organic material further including any of, burlap, bamboo, bamboo strips, cane stalks, corn stalks, palm leaves, and reeds. A catalyst ingredient is provided for coating the materials, the catalyst optionally being incorporated into the adhesive.

According to the method of manufacturing bamboo toothbrush of a detailed embodiment of the present invention and a toothbrush manufactured by the method, it is possible to improve strength, surface roughness, and moisture resistance of a bamboo and adjust the color of the bamboo using hot pressing. Further, since sanding and polishing and separate coating and drying are not performed, the process time is reduced, whereby the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

BAMBOO OUTER SKIN-RETAINING BAMBOO VENEER AND PREPARATION PROCESS THEREOF
Disclosed are a bamboo outer skin-retaining bamboo veneer and a preparation process thereof, belonging to the technical field of bamboo processing. The preparation process includes the following steps: segmenting bamboo and cutting into bamboo strips with an arc-shaped section; softening the bamboo strips by pressurizing and heating, and unfolding the softened bamboo strips at equal arc and fixed thickness; performing double-sided protection and gradual flattening under a condition of heat preservation until the bamboo strip is completely flattened, to obtain a bamboo board; and continuously cooling the bamboo board, shaping the bamboo board under a heavy weight and then drying, and then trimming under a fixed width to obtain the bamboo outer skin-retaining bamboo board finished product. The bamboo outer skin-retaining bamboo strip can be unfolded under the promise of not destroying the bamboo outer skin surface, and there will be no cracking and rebound problems.

MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR DELAMINATING BAMBOO INTO FIBER AND METHOD THEREOF
A manufacturing apparatus for delaminating a bamboo into fiber and a method thereof are disclosed. The manufacturing apparatus includes a machine frame, a machine seat, a machine cover matched with the machine seat, a machine cover rail, a push plate, a push rail, at least one power source for sliding the push plate, and at least one elastic member. The manufacturing apparatus has a relatively simple structure and is easy for operation, use, and promotion. The manufacturing method using the manufacturing apparatus is simple in production process, high in efficiency, and free from pollution. The obtained bamboo fiber has good elasticity, good toughness, fine fiber fineness and uniformity, that is, the present invention can quickly and efficiently produce high-quality bamboo fiber, greatly saving the production time of bamboo fiber, improving the production efficiency, and reducing the production cost.
