The nail plater apparatus includes a pair of spaced apart nail plate extractor assemblies, with each nail plate extractor assembly associated with a respective nail plate magazine and configured to position a nail plate therefrom to a respective nail plate pressing area. A board feeder is configured to position a board from the board magazine to a board receiving area, with ends of the board being aligned with the nail plates positioned in the respective nail plate pressing areas. A pair of spaced apart nail plate presser assemblies overlie ends of the board receiving area and is aligned with the respective nail plate pressing areas to press the nail plates into the ends of the board.
Bamboo laminated lumber and method for manufacturing
A bamboo laminated lumber is provided having structural characteristics meeting or exceeding dimensionally equivalent wood based components. The bamboo laminated lumber is formed from bamboo laminated elements laminated and joined together to form dimensional lumber and engineered lumber components. The bamboo laminated lumber element comprises a combination of linear bamboo starter boards being halves of timber bamboo canes pressed flat with the inner pith surfaces laminated together with the grain aligned and skewed bamboo starter boards being halves of timber bamboo canes pressed flat with the inner pith surfaces laminated together with the grain offset from centerline at a specified angle. Top and bottom linear bamboo starter boards are laminated to a central skewed bamboo starter board yielding a bamboo laminated lumber element.
Method for producing a wood product by means of hot pressing and use of method
A Method of producing a wooden product by means of a molding hot-pressing from a wooden blank which has one or several sections (A, B, C, D). Wherein as a material is selected an optional form of sawn timber or another timber, which is preferably selected from the group consisting of fresh sawn timber, dried timber, saw-surfaced lumber, planed timber, heat-treated timber, sodium silicate water-glass impregnated or salt impregnated or otherwise impregnated timber; wherein molding hot-pressing is performed essentially in a single-stage production process, which includes drying and molding hot-pressing of the wooden blank and essentially concurrent treating of the wooden blank both by binders of the wood itself and by treating chemicals and/or treating materials added in the production process which are selected from the group consisting of surface treatment agents, excipients, primers, impregnating agents, adhesives, adhesive films, adhesive gauzes; wherein the treatment chemicals are attached to the production process by using a hot-pressing pressing plate etc., pressing tool or pressing surface; and wherein the wood material, and binders thereof as well as the treating chemicals are allowed to adapt/move in relation to each other in the cooling phase of the production process until the locking phase, whereby the product is completed.
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COMPOSITE PANEL
Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a composite panel, comprising: a providing step of providing a flexible sheet; an attaching step of forming a lamellar structure by attaching at least one lamellar board to cover the flexible sheet; and a cutting step of cutting a plurality of longitudinal grooves in the lamellar structure layer to form a plurality of lamellar strips, thereby obtaining the composite panel that is able to be bent laterally into a curved configuration.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR STUD PLATE CONNECTOR MOVEMENT
Systems and methods for a stud plate connector are disclosed. The system can include a base plate having a first cam slot and a second cam slot, where the second cam slot is approximately a mirror image of the first cam slot. The system can include a first upper cam-follower located within the first cam slot. The system can include a second upper cam-follower located within the second cam slot, where the first and second cam-followers hold opposite sides of a first lumber and move the first lumber to contact a second lumber. The system can include a first lower gripper and a second lower gripper for holding the second lumber in a perpendicular direction with respect to the first lumber. The system can include a bonding device located before to the first and second lumber, where the bonding device bonds the first and second lumber together
Drawer, Drawer Construction and Method for Manufacturing a Drawer
A method for manufacturing drawers in which the drawers comprise walls, and a bottom. At least first and second walls comprise a tongue and a groove with locking parts. The respective groove is provided on the interior side of the first wall, whereas the respective tongue is provided on the distal end of the second wall. The first and second walls are manufactured of respectively one board.
METHOD OF MAKING A LAMINATED WOOD PRODUCT
The present disclosure relates to a method of producing a laminated wood product, comprising providing a plank presenting a pair of parallel major surfaces, a pair of minor surfaces, a pair of end surfaces and a longitudinal direction parallel with said major and minor surfaces and perpendicular to the end surfaces, said plank having a water content of more than 25% by weight, preferably more than 30% by weight, initializing at least one longitudinal crack in the plank, drying said crack initialized plank to a moisture content of less than 20% by weight, and laminating said crack initialized plank by gluing at least one of its major surfaces to a surface of a second member, thus forming the laminated wood product. The disclosure also relates to a laminated wood product, which may be formed according to the method.
