Method for producing a bar element
A bar element as a construction element includes strips preferably produced from bamboo and is hollow at least in certain regions. The hollow interior is formed at least in certain sections as a hollow fillet achieved by a plastic and/or resin introduced into the bar elements, using a shaped body movable through the interior. Producing bar elements from interconnected strips ensures that although produced from a natural raw material, the bar elements have a reproducible outer cross section. Using a shaped body movable through the interior to produce the inner cross section also ensures a defined inner cross section of the bar elements, with the result that in turn connections between a plurality of bar elements that are defined by suitable connection elements can be formed. In this way, the bar elements make it possible to produce lattice works, grid constructions, frameworks or other desired structures and/or three-dimensional bodies.
MULTILAYER REINFORCED WOOD
Provided is a multi-layered reinforced wood material which is excellent in fire resistance, has extremely small damages on a support wood material part, and is also excellent in strength. The present invention is directed to a multi-layered reinforced wood material A for use as a building material, the multi-layered reinforced wood material A including a support wood material part 1 for supporting load, a sheet part 3 attached to the periphery of the support wood material part 1, an inflammable wood material part 2 attached outside the sheet part 3 so as not to expose the sheet part 3, wherein the inflammable wood material part 1 is made of a wood material containing therein an inflammable agent, and the sheet part 3 is made of a fiber reinforced plastic.
Device for inserting a tongue
A handheld device is disclosed for inserting a tongue into an insertion groove in a panel. The device includes a first part including a power unit which is configured for driving a puncher. The handheld device includes a second part, which is connected to the first part. The second part includes the displaceable puncher and a guiding device which is configured to guide the displaceable puncher and the tongue. An outer edge of the second part includes a first positioning element and a second positioning element. The first positioning element and the second positioning element are configured to be positioned at least partly in the insertion groove during an insertion of the tongue into the insertion groove. The displaceable puncher is configured to displace the tongue from the handheld device to an inserted position in the insertion groove.
AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR WIDTH GLUING OF WOODEN LAMELLAS INTO LAMINATED PLATES OF OPTIONAL DIMENSIONS AND A METHOD RELATING THERETO
An automatic machine for width gluing of wooden lamellas into laminated plates of optional dimensions according to the invention consists of a press and a glue application device and enables fast continuous gluing of wooden lamellas of optional lengths, widths and thicknesses into laminated plates also of optional dimensions. The press is characterized by a modular construction, which consists of innovative supporting framework segments with intermediate work modules in a sequential string, which together enable transport of wooden lamellas, their pressing and gluing in the same plane within the entire construction of the press. Each work module consists of a work table assembly, a pressure shoes assembly and a segment pushers assembly. Within these assemblies, innovative constructions of segment pushers, long pressure shoes and short pressure shoes are characteristic.
Adhesive and release liner application system
An adhesive and release liner application system and method. A bottom table is slidable with respect to a frame and a middle table is slidable with respect to the bottom table. An elevator drive subsystem between a top table and the middle table is configured to adjust the elevation of the top table relative to the middle table. An adhesive head, connected to an adhesive supply subsystem, a release liner applicator, a release liner cutter, and a staple gun are mounted to the top table for applying the adhesive to a surface of a structural member positioned adjacent the top table, for applying a release liner over the adhesive on the surface, for inserting at least one staple through the release liner and into the surface, and for cutting the release liner.
Process for manufacturing wall elements from nailable and/or stapleable materials
A process for manufacturing wall elements from nailable and/or stapleable materials, in which a wall element frame is positioned on a horizontal worktable. Wall panels are placed on the frame and the wall panels are fastened to the frame by nails and/or staples, which are driven by a compressed air setting device. A mobile robotin particular an autonomous mobile robothas a compressed air setting device and/or at least one milling unit and is movable on the surface formed by the wall panels. The robot motion is automatically controlled along the surface formed by the wall panels. At predetermined positions, the milling unit and/or the compressed air setting device is actuated to process the wall panels and/or to fasten them to the wall element frame.
LAMINATED COUNTERTOP ASSEMBLY
A laminated countertop assembly can include a first generally longitudinal slab with a first substrate, where the first substrate has lamination on a countertop side of the first substrate and lamination on an edge side of the first substrate that extends along a first portion of a length of the edge side of the first substrate. The first substrate can also include a first miter cut angled into the first substrate and slots extending into the first substrate for receiving biscuits. The laminated countertop assembly can also include a second generally longitudinal slab with a second substrate, where the second substrate has lamination on a countertop side of the second substrate and lamination on an edge side of the second substrate. The second substrate can also include a second miter cut at a corner of the second substrate and slots extending into the second substrate for receiving the biscuits.
Systems and methods of producing components for use in the construction of modular building units
Disclosed herein are various systems, sub-system, and methods for the manufacture of a wall module for using in building a modular construction unit, e.g., for using in building residential homes, commercial offices, educational or service facilities, etc. using a substantially entirely automated modular construction technique. According to the disclosure herein, the resulting wall module includes an internal wall frame including wall studs attached between a top plate and a bottom plate, with, in some embodiment, one or more framing sub-assemblies attached therein to define openings through the wall module. The wall frame has suitable panel members the respective surfaces thereof corresponding to the interior and exterior surfaces of the modular construction unit. The wall frames, when completely assembled, can be transported to be assembled with other constituent components of the modular construction unit to complete the manufacture of the modular construction unit.
