SYSTEM OF CORRUGATED PLATES
The disclosure relates to a method for producing a three-dimensionally shaped plate consisting of a wood fibre material. The aim of the disclosure is to provide a method and a system for producing three-dimensionally shaped plates from a wood fibre material, which are logistically simplified and can be used on demand. To this end, e) steam is applied to a prefabricated flat starting plate consisting of a wood fibre material, and f) the plate is coated with a separating means, g) shaped in a forming station, and h) hardened by cooling.

Polymer composite comprising an interfacially modified fiber and particle
Embodiments herein relate to a composite material including about 10 to 80 wt. % of a polymer phase, the polymer phase comprising a thermoplastic polymer with a density of less than about 1.9 g-m.sup.3; and about 20 to 90 wt. % of a dispersed mixed particulate phase, the dispersed mixed particulate phase comprising a mixed particulate and about 0.005 to 8 wt. % of a coating of at least one interfacial modifier. The mixed particulate including a portion of a reinforcing fiber and a portion of a particle. The composite material having a Young's modulus of greater than 700 MPa. In various embodiments, structural building components made from the composite are included as well as additive manufacturing components made from the composite. Other embodiments are also included herein.

Biomass clumping material and method
A process for making an animal litter from a woody biomass starting material is described, with the performance amendments substantially located entirely on the outside surface of the woody biomass particles. The process may include the steps of densifying the biomass starting material, crumbling the densified biomass material; screening the densified biomass material for size; optionally adding a zeolite containing a scent; spray coating the sized, densified biomass particles with a surface adhesion agent; and powder dosing the sized, densified biomass particles and zeolites with a performance amendment comprising equal parts bentonite and guar gum.

Spent Coffee Grounds as a Lubricant in A Method of Pelleting of Wood
Pellets and a process for producing pellets are disclosed. The process includes recovering spent coffee grounds from a coffee production facility. The coffee grounds are then subject to a drying process to remove moisture from the coffee grounds to form dried coffee grounds. A mixture of about 0.5-10% dried coffee grounds and wood material is then formed. The mixture is then compressed in a pellet mill to form wood pellets including about 0.5-10% coffee grounds. The coffee grounds in the wood material acts as a lubricant for the pelleting machinery and eliminate the need for other lubricants in the process.

MOLDED ARTICLE
Examples described herein relate to a molded article provided with a resin part formed with a polyolefin resin composite material, the polyolefin resin composite material containing a polyolefin resin and 10 to 150 parts by mass of cellulose based on 100 parts by mass of the polyolefin resin, wherein an area of an aggregate of the cellulose is less than 20,000 m.sup.2.
Casket and Method of Construction
A casket and method for manufacture of a casket is described, and more particularly, for a casket having walls constructed of fiberboard such as medium density fiberboard (MDF). The walls have outside cladding of MDF that is molded or extruded to provide surface contours such as raised and/or recessed features without having to attach such features as separate trim pieces to the walls. The resulting casket provides aesthetic characteristics and strength for use in funeral ceremonies.
