Concrete mixer truck cleaning system
A cleaning system is disclosed for cleaning concrete residue from a concrete mixer truck. The cleaning system may include a water delivery system having one or more conduits configured to deliver pressurized water to one or more spray headers positioned at various back-end portions of the truck. The cleaning system further includes one or more valves configured to control the flow of pressurized water through the one or more conduits to the one or more spray headers. In various embodiments, the one or more valves are manually operable to control the release of water to the spray headers. In other embodiments, the one or more valves are controlled by a computing device through an electrical coupling such as a communication bus. The cleaning system may be configured to clean different portions of the truck using different sets of spray headers at different times as part of a washing protocol.

Concrete product and methods of preparing the same
A concrete product set by pouring a concrete slurry includes a concrete mixture, an aluminum-coated colloidal silica admixture, and optionally, at least one reinforcing fiber selected from the group of fibers. As the poured concrete slurry cures, the poured slurry hardens into a composite material product, and the concrete product defines capillary structures that at least in part fill with aluminum-coated silica and lime. Optional graphene oxide may be used in the concrete slurry, in which embodiment the surrounding aggregate and cement is embedded with graphene oxide flakes. A process for placing a jointless and/or fiberless slab made from the concrete product includes preparing a concrete slurry, pouring the concrete slurry onto substrate, and allowing the concrete slurry to cure.
Method for adapting an existing concrete products forming machine for forming infused concrete products
A method of retrofitting an existing apparatus for forming concrete products, where the apparatus comprises an existing component located upstream of a product mold and adapted to deliver treated concrete to the product mold, adapts the existing component to treat fresh concrete to be delivered to the product mold by a new component with treated water infused with a concentration of carbon dioxide nanobubbles. The step of adapting comprises adding to the existing component a water delivery system that is configured to direct the treated water into the fresh concrete, where the water delivery system is provided with one or more liquid manifolds configured to dispense the treated water into the fresh concrete to form treated concrete.
Apparatus for gas entrainment via nano-bubbles into concrete upstream from a product mold
An apparatus for delivering a wet concrete mix to a product mold, where the apparatus comprises a hopper configured to retain a fresh concrete mix, a source of treated water having a concentration of nanobubbles of a gas at least double a natural concentration of nanobubbles of the gas within a natural state of the water, a water transport coupling the source of treated water with the hopper, a valve interposed within the water transport for selectively releasing the treated water into the hopper, and a mixer in communication with the hopper for mixing the treated water with the fresh concrete mix to yield an infused wet concrete.
VOLUMETRIC MOBILE POWDER MIXER
This disclosure describes volumetric mobile powder mixer (VMPM) systems and methods for VMPM operation and use. The VMPM is providing with a number of storage compartments (or bins) for liquid or solid ingredients including at least one powder storage bin, a powder transport system, a dust handling system, a solid/liquid mixing system, a cellular foam generator, a product delivery system, and a controller capable of monitoring the delivery and mixing of each of the ingredients, as well as the discharge of the final product. The controller determines if the proper mixture is being discharged by the VMPM and, if not, alerts the VMPM operator. In an automated embodiment, the VMPM controller is also configured to independently control the delivery and mixing of each of the ingredients, as well as the delivery of the final product.

MIXING PLANT AND RELATED PRODUCTION METHODS
A mobile construction plant includes two sets of low-profile bins: one set containing granular materials and the other set containing powdery materials. Each of the bins is mounted on a weighing mechanism that pre-weighs the contents before mixing. An elongated dual shaft mixer having a small bore diameter is located below the bins. A set of belt conveyors is provided for transporting materials from the granular material bins to the mixer, and a blending auger is provided for transporting materials from the powdered material bins to the mixer. All of the bins, the conveyors, the blending auger, the mixer, and other components are supported on a small footprint frame that can easily be transported to a job site.
