TRANSPARENT STRETCHABLE SUBSTRATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a transparent stretchable substrate according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. The method may include generating a substrate part formed of an elastic material, generating an auxetic including a plurality of unit structures on the substrate part, and generating a fixing part on the substrate part on which the auxetic is generated.
Valve control method and device
A method and the device are used to control valves. The valves are arranged in the region of lines for a fluid. At least one first valve is in the form of a control valve arranged in the region of a primary line. At least one second valve is in the form of a switching valve. At least one branch is arranged downstream of the control valve in the region of a direction of flow. At least two secondary lines extend downstream of the branch. Each secondary line has one of the switching valves. The valves are connected to a control unit which coordinates the function of the valves.
Print on demand heat blanket system
A heat blanket system including a blanket including a first sub-area and a second sub-area. The heat blanket system also includes heating elements printed on the blanket. First spacings between first ones of the heating elements in the first sub-area varies relative to second spacings between second ones of the heating elements in the second sub-area. The first spacings and the second spacings vary according to a design. The design is configured for use on a uniquely defined rework area on a uniquely defined composite material object including a third area including a heat sink region and a fourth area including a non-heat sink region. The first sub-area is sized and dimensioned to be placed over the third area. The second sub-area is sized and dimensioned to be placed over the fourth area.
PERMANENT EXPANDABLE PROSTHETIC BREAST IMPLANT AND DELIVERY SYSTEM
In some instances, the disclosure provides performing a breast implant procedure using a permanent expandable prosthetic breast implant. The method comprises subsequent to placing the permanent expandable prosthetic breast implant within a breast region of an individual, injecting a polymer into the permanent expandable prosthetic breast implant, and changing a viscosity of the polymer within the permanent expandable prosthetic breast implant using a chemical reaction.
Ventilation module and associated stretching system
A ventilation module is disclosed having a ventilation outlet channel including a gas flow inlet side and an opposite gas flow outlet side. The ventilation outlet channel is separated in the longitudinal direction to form at least two ventilation channel portions, such that the at least two ventilation channel portions are adjustable away from and towards one another transversely to the longitudinal extent of the ventilation outlet channel. The width of the ventilation outlet channel and thus the flow cross section can be increased or decreased.
CONTROLLED PRINTING SURFACE AND METHOD OF FORMING TOPOGRAPHICAL FEATURES ON A CONTROLLED PRINTING SURFACE
Provided herein are methods of forming and optimizing cured features on a surface including controlling the surface upon which the cured features are applied. Additionally, a system for forming and processing the topographical features on the membrane is also described, along with mechanical features at specific system stations. More particularly, provided herein are methods of forming and optimizing topographical features applied to a membrane surface by controlling the membrane surface and by controlling the direction and magnitude of pressure applied to the membrane (substrate), as well as initially partially curing the topographical features, followed by fully curing of the topographical features to form the membrane having topographical spacing features formed thereon.
OVEN PROVIDED WITH A MEASUREMENT SYSTEM INSIDE THE FIBROUS MAT
An oven for heating a fibrous mat includes a first conveyor for conveying the mat in a forward direction, and a measurement system inside the mat, including a sensor mounted on the first conveyor and adapted to move, in a transverse direction of the mat, between a first retracted position inside the conveyor and a measurement position inside the mat under the effect of an activation system, the measurement system being such that the sensor is connected by a mechanical transmission system to a finger projecting on a lateral side of the first conveyor, and the activation system includes at least one contact surface located facing the lateral side of the conveyor and adapted to engage with the finger, when it moves in the forward direction in order to move the sensor from its retracted position to its measurement position by the mechanical transmission system.
Temperature control apparatus
A temperature control apparatus includes a temperature control branch connected to a feed line for a temperature control medium, a pump system including a pump for conveying the medium, a pump open-loop or closed-loop control device for controlling the output of the pump system, a throttle device having a variable degree of opening for throttling a quantitative through-flow of the medium in the temperature control branch, and an open-loop or closed-loop control device with the degree of opening of the throttle device as a setting value and with a control variable from the group: degree of opening of the throttle device, temperature, temperature difference, through-flow, pressure or a physical value to be derived from that group. The pump open-loop or closed-loop control device is configured to control an operation of the pump to adjust the delivery output of the pump system depending on the degree of opening of the throttle device.

A system for curing a portion of a tire assembly includes: an axially placement shaft; a first actuator; a first retainer plate; a core on the axially placement shaft; a plurality of first inserts each axially and radially engaging a radially outer surface of the core with first ends of the first inserts axially engaging the first retainer plate; a plurality of second inserts each axially and radially engaging the radially outer surface of the core with first ends of the second inserts axially engaging the first retainer plate, each second insert disposed circumferentially between two of the plurality of first inserts; a second retainer plate; and a second actuator.
Bag with coloured sheet for repairing composite panels, and colouration and repair method
An assembly includes a bag and of a composite panel exhibiting a damaged region to be repaired by polymerization of a repair piece using the bag. The bag includes a sheet intended to be laid over the panel. When the panel and the sheet are laid one atop of the other, the sheet exhibits regions capable of absorbing heat emitted by radiation onto it in a proportion that is dependent on the polymerization temperature needed for that region of the panel that corresponds to it, the radiation being partially absorbed by suitable colouration of the sheet in the region concerned. Determining those regions of the panel in which radiation is less well absorbed than in others means that the heating can be adapted to suit the needs of polymerization in terms of repair and that even polymerization can thus be obtained over the entire damaged region, thereby consolidating the repair.
