Method and apparatus for moldable material for terrestrial, marine, aeronautical and space applications which includes an ability to reflect radio frequency energy and which may be moldable into a parabolic or radio frequency reflector to obviate the need for reflector construction techniques which produce layers to susceptible to layer separation and susceptible to fracture under extreme circumstances
The present invention is a unique process of manufacturing rigid members with precise “shape keeping” properties and with reflective properties pertaining to radio frequency energy, so that air, land, sea and space devices or vehicles may be constructed including parabolic reflectors formed without discrete permanent layering. Rather, such parabolic reflectors or similarly, vehicles, may be formed by homogeneous construction where discrete layering is absent, and where energy reflectivity or scattering characteristics are embedded within the homogeneous mixture of carbon nanotubes and associated graphite powders and epoxy, resins and hardeners. The mixture of carbon graphite nanofiber and carbon nanotubes generates higher electrode conductivity and magnetized attraction through molecular polarization. In effect, the rigid members may be tuned based on the application. The combination of these materials creates a unique matrix that is then set in a memory form at a specific temperature, and then applied to various materials through a series of multiple layers, resulting in unparalleled strength and durability.

In addition, a heat exchanger having super water repellency can be provided by providing super water repellency on the fin surface of a heat exchanger by using a dip method and vacuum drying.
Method for Production of a Tubular Body
A method for production of a tubular body applying the following steps: Pressureless application of at least one first curable plastic layer made of reactive polyurethane materials with a core via a rotational molding process, Curing the at least one plastic layer, Winding at least one reinforcement layer onto the at least one first plastic layer, Pressureless application of at least one second curable plastic layer, wherein the reinforcement layer is embedded without holes between the two plastic layers, and Removal of the core after completion of the body.
Because of this, the position of the reinforcement layer 7 can be individually established and it can be ensured that the reinforcement layer will not penetrate into the first plastic layer during winding after the curing of the first plastic layer.

Crosslinkable composition comprising: (a) from 80% by weight to 98% by weight, preferably from 85% by weight to 95% by weight, of at least one high density polyethylene (HDPE); (b) from 2% by weight to 20% by weight, preferably from 5% by weight to 15% by weight, of at least one linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE); (c) from 0.2 parts by weight to 1.5 parts by weight, preferably from 0.5 parts by weight to 0.8 parts by weight, with respect to 100 parts by weight of (a)+(b), of at least one crosslinking agent selected from organic peroxides; (d) from 0.2 parts by weight to 2.5 parts by weight, preferably from 0.5 parts by weight to 1.0 parts by weight, with respect to 100 parts by weight of (a)+(b), of at least one co-crosslinking agent selected from allyl compounds. Said crosslinkable composition can advantageously be used in rotational molding (“rotomolding”).
METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ELASTOMERIC SKIN HAVING A GRAINED SURFACE
The present invention relates to a method for producing an elastomeric grained skin which comprises at least an elastomeric skin layer and a coating layer overlying the skin layer. The skin has at least a portion which hasa grained surface, which comprises at least one elastomeric skin layer and which has at least one coating layer overlying the skin layer. To produce the skin a coating composition is applied onto at least a portion of a mould surface, which portion is grained, to produce said coating layer; and the elastomeric skin layer is moulded at least against a back side of said coating layer to produce said portion of the elastomeric skin. In order to accent the grain texture so that it stands out more clearly and so that the visibility thereof is less dependent on the direction of the incident light and the position of the viewer use is made of a coating composition which comprises effect pigment particles contained in a transparent or translucent medium.
PLASTIC MOLDED PART AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A method for production of a molded part made of plastic by rotational molding includes placing a starting material in a form of at least one of a plastic or a plastic precursor into a rotational melt mold that is fitted with at least one magnetic element. The rotational melt mold is rotated and, while the rotational melt mold is rotating, the starting material is shaped. The at least one magnetic element rotates together with the rotational melt mold while the starting material is being shaped. The starting material and the at least one magnetic element are configured in such a way that the starting material and the at least one magnetic element interact magnetically such that a portion of the starting material is attracted and held in place by the at least one magnetic element while the starting material is being shaped.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ELASTOMERIC SKIN
A method for producing an elastomeric skin having visually spotted appearance may include providing a liquid skin forming composition having solid spot forming particles having a longest dimension that is at least 40 μm and spraying the liquid skin forming composition in the form of a spray of droplets onto a mold surface. The provision of solid spot forming particles that are comparable in size to the droplet size may aid in projecting the solid spot forming particles forward upon impact on the mold surface such that a percentage thereof appear visible on the front face of the elastomeric skin after demolding thereby resulting in a front face with a spotted appearance without having to use multiple liquid skin forming compositions.
