Molding machine
A molding machine configured to achieve space saving and simplification of the hydraulic circuit. Provided is a molding machine configured to form a molded body by closing, in a state where a parison is disposed by injecting molten resin between first and second molds capable of being opened and closed, the first and second molds and maintaining pressure applied to the first and second molds. A hydraulic circuit to conduct oil for generating hydraulic pressure; the flow adjustment valve, a pressure adjustment valve, and a path control valve included in the hydraulic circuit; and a multi-functional valve unit.
POLYURETHANE-BASED INSULATION BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
The present invention relates to an insulation body based a hard, fine-cell and open-cell polyurethane/polyisocyanurate foam with a barrier film, and a method for producing same.
Materials and Methods
A method of forming a shaped foamed polymer article and articles obtained from said method.
Method for manufacturing structure, integrally-molded body, and method for manufacturing integrally-molded body
According to a method for manufacturing a structure that is provided, it is possible to prevent creases on a skin sheet when the skin sheet and a molten resin sheet are integrally molded using a mold. The method provided by the present invention is a method for manufacturing a structure including the step of integrally molding a skin sheet and a molten resin sheet using a mold. The molding is performed with the skin sheet under tension.
SOUND INSULATING SHEET MATERIAL WITH A CELLULAR STRUCTURE INCLUDING GELATINE AND/OR A PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A composition for producing a sheet material with a cellular structure, the composition including the following components: (a) about 5 to about 25 weight % gelatine, (b) about 25 to 60 weight % filler material, (c) about 15 to about 40 weight % water, and (d) a cellular structure promoting agent.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING VEHICLE SEAT CORE MEMBER AND VEHICLE SEAT CORE MEMBER
A method for manufacturing including securing attachments disposed near both ends in the seat core member front portion made of a molded article of expanded beads, the securing attachments being connected by an embedded connecting member extending in the seat core member longitudinal direction. The securing attachment includes a base embedded in the molded article of expanded beads, an upright frame joined to the base to extend out of the molded article of expanded beads, and a securing portion extending from the upright frame to project away from the molded article of expanded beads. The method includes creating, during or after molding the molded article of expanded beads, a space or notch in an outer side of the securing attachment upright frame of the molded article of expanded beads in the seat core member longitudinal direction, the notch extending toward an outer side in the seat core member longitudinal direction.
Monolithic macro-fluidic heat transfer components and methods for manufacturing same
A solar collector is provided. The collector comprises a monolithic flow control component to direct a flow of the heat transfer fluid between an inlet and outlet; and a solar absorber supported by the monolithic flow control component. The monolithic flow control component is able to support the solar absorber without any additional structural components to lend mechanical strength to the monolithic flow control component.

Multi-shot injection molded method and product
The present invention contemplates a method of forming a member comprising injection molding a first layer into a first tool cavity, overmolding a second layer into a second tool cavity selected from the group consisting of an expandable layer, a sealing layer, an acoustic layer, and adhesive layer, a reinforcement layer, a fastening layer, a second carrier layer, and any combination thereof, overmolding a third layer into the second tool cavity selected from the group consisting of an expandable layer, a sealing layer, an acoustic layer, an adhesive layer, a reinforcement layer, a fastening layer, a second carrier layer, and any combination thereof. The first layer, the second layer, and the third layer may be molded in one injection molding tool and the second and third layer may be segregated from one another prior to any overmolding steps.
INTEGRAL INDICATORS FOR SINGLE-PROCEDURE DEVICES
Disclosed herein are single-use integral indicators and methods and systems for employing the same. Such indicators and their uses are directed toward identifying and rendering inoperable single-procedure medical devices after their intended—and only—use.
