REFRIGERATOR DISPENSER LEVER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a refrigerator dispenser lever and a method for manufacturing the same. The lever is capable of reducing post-process activity required to assemble the components, enhancing a sense of unity between components and improving the quality and appearance of the lever by combining individual components during manufacturing using a single injection molding process.
Methods of vacuum forming articles of wear
Described are methods of two-dimensionally and three-dimensionally forming an article of wear using vacuum forming in an automated process. In the two-dimensional method, the article of wear comprises a generally flat shape with three-dimensional features molded into the first material layer.
Inline high frequency fiber silencer
A high frequency attenuating device for an air flow induction system of a vehicle employing a thermoformed fibrous mat of any shape that fits robustly inside the duct. The dissipative nature of the fibrous mat helps in achieving broadband attenuation in the high frequency regime. The ability to manufacture the fibrous mat into any shape helps with restriction, targets different attenuation bands, and makes it more feasible to manufacture. Hybrid solutions are possible when combined with low frequency perforated silencers or high frequency QWT arrays injection molded onto them.
Microstructured composite material, method for the production thereof, moulded articles made thereof and also purposes of use
Microstructured composite material, comprising a matrix, comprising at least one sort of a thermoplastic plastic material and, distributed homogenously in the matrix, at least one sort of lignin and/or at least one lignin derivative, characterized in that the at least one sort of lignin and/or at least one lignin derivative is present in particulate form and the cross-sectional area of the particles has a round, approximately round, circular, approximately circular, elliptical or approximately elliptical geometry.
PRODUCTION PROCESSING AID
A process includes contacting a metallic acrylic salt with a polyolefin, forming a polyolefin composition. The process includes extruding the polyolefin composition, and pelletizing the extruded polyolefin composition. A production rate of pellets of the polyolefin composition may be equal to or greater than a production rate of pellets of the polyolefin prior to contact with the metallic acrylic salt without increasing extrusion pressure or motor amperes. The polyolefin composition may have a melt flow rate that is lower than the melt flow rate of the polyolefin prior to contact with the metallic acrylic salt. The metallic acrylic salt may only be contacted with the polyolefin to form the polyolefin composition during a start-up of an extruder and pelletizer.
Molding apparatus and molding method
A molding apparatus that adsorbs thermoplastic resin extruded in a sheet form from an extruding machine, onto a cavity of a mold, and shapes the thermoplastic resin into a shape according to the cavity is provided. The molding apparatus may include a frame that is positioned on a periphery of the mold and is movable relative to the mold, wherein a suction part for suctioning the thermoplastic resin is provided in a contact surface of the frame to contact the thermoplastic resin, and the suction part is provided in a linear shape along with a longitudinal direction of the frame positioned on the periphery of the mold.

Biaxially oriented polyester film for molding
A biaxially oriented polyester film for molding, wherein the film lengthwise-direction and widthwise-direction storage elastic moduli at 100° C. are each greater than or equal to 100 MPa and less than or equal to 1000 MPa, the film lengthwise-direction and width-wise direction storage elastic moduli at 180° C. are each greater than or equal to 41 MPa and less than or equal to 400 MPa, and the stresses at the time of 100% elongation (F100 values) in the film lengthwise direction and width direction at 150° C. are each greater than or equal to 5 MPa and less than or equal to 60 MPa.
MICROFLOW RESTRICTOR ASSEMBLY AND METHODS OF MAKING THE SAME
A medical fluid microflow assembly having an assembly fluid inlet and an assembly fluid outlet, and a mandrel having a curved exterior surface, the mandrel being positioned within an cavity of a housing so that the exterior surface of the mandrel is substantially parallel to an interior surface of the cavity, and at least one protrusion positioned helically around and extending from the interior surface of the cavity, each protrusion abutting the exterior surface of the mandrel to form a sealed fluid channel which has a channel inlet positioned proximate to the assembly fluid inlet and a channel outlet positioned proximate to the assembly fluid outlet, the exterior surface of the mandrel and the interior surface of the cavity having a minimal or neutral triboelectric value with respect to a fluid.
TAPE CARRIER ASSEMBLIES HAVING AN INTEGRATED ADHESIVE FILM
Introduced here are carrier tape assemblies that can improve efficiency and reduce costs when utilized in the handling, transport, or storage of semiconductor components. A carrier tape assembly can include an adhesive film affixed to an elongated and/or extruded carrier tape. For example, the adhesive film may be integrally laminated onto the top surface of the elongate carrier tape as a single continuous (i.e., unbroken) sheet. The adhesive film may substantially conform to the top surface of the elongate carrier tape, including any punched cavities for holding semiconductor components. Proper securement of the semiconductor components to the carrier tape assembly depends on the adhesive property of the constituent material(s) of the adhesive film.
