PREPARATION METHOD OF PTFE-BASED MEMBRANE FOR PREVENTING AND REMOVING ICES COVERING WIND TURBINE BLADES AND USE THEREOF
A preparation method of a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-based membrane for preventing and removing ices covering wind turbine blades is provided and the method comprises: preparing a membrane into a PTFE rod material with polymerized monomers by using monomer polymerization methods such as blending, pre-compressing and pushing; making the membrane into a PTFE-based homogeneous membrane with micropores and nano and micron scale concave-convex geometrical ultra-structure morphologies under the condition that the membrane is cracked to generate a laminar exfoliated fabric-like structure in the hot calendaring process of the PTFE rod material by using a hot calendaring and fusion polymerization method; and applying the PTFE-based homogeneous membrane to blades of a large wind turbine in operation.
Method for fabricating display panel
A method for fabricating a display panel including a bending area includes: providing a substrate; forming a first flexible layer on the substrate; forming an organic layer on the first flexible layer, wherein a wavelength of light absorbed by the organic layer is different from a wavelength of light absorbed by the first flexible layer; irradiating a part of the organic layer in the bending area with a laser to make at least a portion of the part of the organic layer a carbonized layer, thereby forming a spacer layer; forming a second flexible layer covering the first flexible layer and the spacer layer, wherein the first flexible layer and the second flexible layer are made of a same material and separated by the spacer layer; and cutting a part of the substrate and a part of the first flexible layer in the bending area.
CONSTRUCTION OF TUBULAR ASSEMBLIES
A method and apparatus for constructing a tubular assembly 40 comprising an inner portion (24) and a further portion (23) surrounding the inner portion. The inner portion (24) comprises reinforcement (37) and the further portion (23) being formed from a strip (50) of material comprising two opposed longitudinal marginal side portions (53). The apparatus comprises an assembly station (220) comprising a wall (253). The apparatus comprises means for advancing the inner portion (21) along a first path (231) extending passed the wall (253), and means for advancing the strip (50) along a second path (232) and causing the strip to encircle the wall (253) and thereby wrap about and surround the inner portion (21). The apparatus further comprises means (321) for introducing resinous binder into the reinforcement (37) as the strip (50) is being wrapped about the inner portion (21).
FILM PEELING DEVICE AND METHOD OF PEELING FILM
A film peeling device includes a chamber, a lower stage disposed on a first wall of the chamber, first to fourth grippers capable of peeling first to fourth sides of a film by gripping the first to fourth sides of the film attached to an object disposed on the lower stage and an upper stage disposed on a second wall of the chamber facing the first wall of the chamber and capable of extending in a first direction in which the object is disposed.
Adhering device and adhering method
The adhering device of the present application includes a chamber; a carrying platform having a groove formed thereon; a pressing block assembly for supporting the flexible display panel, and fitting the flexible display panel toward the curved cover plate at a preset rising speed; a clamp assembly for holding the flexible display panel, and when the flexible display panel is adhered to the curved cover plate at a preset ascending speed, the clamp assembly starts to rotate until the flexible display panel and the curved cover plate completely adhere together with the display panel separation.
Systems and methods for rehabilitation of water conduits and other conduits
Methods and systems for installation of a liner inside a conduit (e.g., water pipe) to transport a fluid (e.g., potable water) to rehabilitate the conduit, in which the liner can be installed, and thus the conduit can be rehabilitated, more efficiently, including, for example, by further reducing an extent of digging that may have to be done, by testing more readily (e.g., pressure-testing for watertightness or other fluid-tightness once installed), and/or by adapting to a cross-sectional size of the conduit. Also, the liner may be thinner, interact better (e.g., less) with the fluid flowing through the conduit, and/or be otherwise designed to enhance its use and performance.

INTERNAL TENSION MEMBER OF INFLATABLE PRODUCT, MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND METHOD THEREFOR, AND INFLATABLE PRODUCT
Disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing an internal tension member of an inflatable product, the apparatus comprising: a support frame; a base plate arranged to pass through the inside of the support frame; a base strip conveying device comprising two inner base strip reels, two outer base strip reels and a traction wheel which are used for continuously supplying base strips, the traction wheel pulling four base strips to continuously move; a wire winding device comprising a rotation device arranged around the base plate and wire winding guide shafts symmetrically arranged on two sides of the base plate, the rotation device winding a wire on two inner base strips in a rotating manner; and a welding device positioned between the wire winding device and the traction wheel, the welding device respectively welding the two inner base strips to the corresponding two outer base strips. Further disclosed are a method for manufacturing an internal tension member of an inflatable product, an internal tension member of an inflatable product, and an inflatable product.
System and Method for Retroactively Lining a Vertical Trash Chute
A system and method of retroactively lining a vertical trash chute in a building. A tubular fabric liner is provided having a first open end and a second open end. The tubular fabric liner is infused with a resin. A first plug assembly is attached to the first open end. The tubular fabric liner is pulled through the vertical trash chute to position the tubular fabric liner in the trash chute. A second plug assembly is attached to the second open end. The tubular fabric liner is inflated. As it expands, the tubular fabric liner presses against the interior of the trash chute. This condition is maintained until the resin cures and bonds the tubular fabric liner to the trash chute. Once cured, the plug assemblies are removed, the tubular fabric liner is trimmed, and trash chute access openings are cut through the cured liner.
METHOD OF LINING A PIPELINE WITH A DELAYED CURING RESIN COMPOSITION
A resin composition and method for installing a pipe liner that allows the liner to be fully wet out with a resin and activator and stored for a period of up to six months prior to installation and curing. A method of lining a pipe with a delayed curing resin composition is also provided that includes fully wetting out a liner with a blended two part epoxy composition such that the liner can be transported in a wet out fashion, placed in a pipe to be lined and repositioned as needed without concern for the resin composition to begin curing.
