Further, according to another aspect, there is provided a method for producing a molded body, which includes a step of preparing the pellets, and a step of injection molding the pellets in a mold to obtain a molded body.
CELLULOSE FIBER COMPOSITE RECYCLED RESIN AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
A cellulose fiber composite recycled resin having excellent strength, and a method for producing the same. The cellulose fiber composite recycled resin contains a recycled resin and a mixture of fibrous cellulose, at least one of resin powders and resin pellets, and at least one substance selected from the group consisting of phthalic acid, phthalates, derivatives of phthalic acid, and derivatives of phthalates. For producing this composite resin, at least one of resin powders and resin pellets are added to a slurry of cellulose fibers to obtain a first mixture, a recycled resin is mixed into the first mixture to obtain a second mixture, and the second mixture is kneaded, wherein part or all of the cellulose fibers are fine fibers.
Method for manufacturing films of high consistency nanocellulose suspensions
According to an example aspect of the present invention, there is provided a rapid, economically feasible method for producing continuous films with excellent properties using nanocellulose suspensions at high consistency.
Packing material and method of manufacturing the packing material
A packing material including a plurality of discrete cushioning elements and methods for making the same. The discrete cushioning elements may be cellulosic cushioning elements. A flexible linkage may connect the plurality of discrete cushioning elements in the packing material. The packing material may also include a bottom cellulosic sheet connected to a top cellulosic sheet with the plurality of cellulosic cushioning elements positioned between the top cellulosic sheet and the bottom cellulosic sheet. The packing material may also be a molded packing material that includes bonds comprising adhesive and cellulosic fibers. The adhesive and cellulosic fibers of the bonds may be dispersed between the folds of each of the cellulosic cushioning elements.
Biodegradable composite insulation material and method of making the same
The biodegradable composite insulation material is made from date palm leaf fibers and powdered okra. The date palm leaf fibers have a concentration of between 50 wt % and 90 wt % of the biodegradable composite insulation material, and the powdered okra has a concentration of between 10 wt % and 50 wt % of the biodegradable composite insulation material. The biodegradable composite insulation material is prepared by mixing date palm leaf fibers and powdered okra, in the above concentrations, to form a mixture. This mixture is then wetted with water, added to a mold, and heated under pressure to form a compressed article. The compressed article is then dried to form the biodegradable composite insulation material.
RADIAL ROTARY
A method is provided for producing discrete three-dimensional cellulose products from an air-formed cellulose blank structure in a rotary forming mould system. The method includes providing an air-formed cellulose blank structure, wherein the cellulose blank structure is air-formed from cellulose fibres; transporting the air-formed cellulose blank structure to a the rotary forming mould system; feeding the air-formed cellulose blank structure to a position between a first mould part and a second mould part, and heating the air-formed cellulose blank structure; forming the three-dimensional cellulose products from the air-formed cellulose blank structure in the rotary forming mould system, by pressing the heated air-formed cellulose blank structure with a forming pressure.
METHOD OF PRODUCING A MOLDED FIBER PRODUCT AND MOLDED FIBER PRODUCT
The invention discloses a method for producing a three dimensional molded product from cellulose fibers, comprising the steps of: providing a cellulose fiber composition comprising 1-30 wt % lignin, said cellulose fiber composition further having a solid content between 0.1-95%; providing a forming tool having a three dimensional shape including a forming surface, and bringing said forming surface into contact with the cellulose fiber composition; and press drying the cellulose fiber composition contacted by the forming tool at temperatures>200° C. to a dry content of at least 70%.
The invention also relates to a three dimensional fiber based product obtainable by means of said method.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A HYDROPHOBIC ELEMENT
A method of manufacturing an embossed hydrophobic covering element for construction or decoration for protecting the surface from humidity or inclement weather. This method includes preparing a mixture of water and at least one organic material in a tank in which the organic material is insoluble in water, stirring the mixture so as to disperse the organic material in suspension in water, molding the prepared and stored mixture by immersing a forming mold under vacuum inside the tank in order to form a molded element, drying and densifying the molded element under vacuum so as to obtained a dried and densified element, and fully impregnating the dried and densified element in the binder so as to form the hydrophobic covering element. The binder is of an organic material. The organic material originates from a sustainably renewable resource.
Wood-plastic coated metal composite profile and process for producing the same
The present disclosure relates to a wood-plastic coated metal composite profile and a production process, and belongs to the technical field of composite profiles. The wood-plastic coated metal composite profile includes a metal core material, a wood-plastic surface layer and an intermediate layer provided between the metal core material and the wood-plastic surface layer. The intermediate layer includes unsaturated carboxylic acid modified polyolefin and thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, inorganic filler, polyurethane prepolymer.
