20250380681 · 2025-12-18 ·

A disposable ice cooling reservoir and an ice boot assembly with the reservoir that is useful for treatment of lameness and stress is described. The reservoir is a bag with closed bottom that is equipped with a one-way fluid valve midway up the bag, and a reinforced rim with fasteners for attaching the reservoir to a separate harness. The bag is available separately, but in use is combined with an orthotic insert, and ankle bootlet and a sole plate. To assemble, the orthotic insert is put into the bottom of the ankle bootlet, which is put into the bottom of the reservoir bag. This partial assembly is then fitted into the sole plate, and reversibly fastened thereto, such as with barbed rivets through the sole plate and the base of the ankle bootlet.

Bovine Hoof sprayer apparatus, system and method
20250386817 · 2025-12-25 ·

A hoof sprayer for bovines and or hoofed animals is disclosed. The sprayer has a spray header that is configured to spray in opposite directions away from the header horizontally. A sensor detects when the bovine approaches the spray header. This actuates the spray nozzles pointing toward the approach of the bovine. As the bovine's hoofs pass over the header, the sensor detects the bovine's hoofs passing and actuates the nozzles on the opposite side of the header to spray the back of the bovine's hoofs. The system can be mounted on a single frame as an apparatus or alternatively the components can be separately configured to accomplish the same purpose.

A multifunctional horse-hoof and stud tool is a device that allows users to do all the tasks involved in cleaning existing threads, cleaning the hoof, and installing studs in a horse's shoe. More specifically, the device is a tool that allows users to have all the items needed in one hand while using the other hand to hold the leg of the horse. To that end, a hoof pick attachment enables users to pick hoofs and remove mud and dirt from the center of the hoof. Further, a small pick with a barb removes packed dirt and small stones from existing threaded holes, and a small brush cleans threaded holes. A palm style tap attachment with a gripping surface helps clean threads without the risk of horseshoes breaking off, if the horse put its foot down while cleaning. Additionally, a socket drive is used to install different size studs.
