A method for producing a dip-molded article, including a dip-molding step of dip-molding a latex composition containing a latex of a carboxyl group-containing conjugated diene-based rubber (A) and a water-soluble metal compound (B) using a dip mold to form a dip-molded layer on the surface of the dip mold; a moisture content adjustment step of adjusting the moisture content of the dip-molded layer formed on the surface of the dip mold to 1 to 30 wt %; and a beading step of performing beading after the adjusting of the moisture content, the beading including peeling a portion of the dip-molded layer formed on the surface of the dip mold from the dip mold.

CLIMAX CONTROL CONDOM
20200405528 · 2020-12-31 ·

This present patent application discloses a climax control condom made up of latex to reduce loss of sensation while delaying the ejaculation comprising a closed end of a thick layer of latex anatomically made to cover the glans with a rounded pleat to ensure that the condom will stay in place and not slip during intercourse, a sheath body made up of a thin layer of latex to increase the sensation in the underside of the shaft, and an open end having a collar to reduce slipping of the condom during intercourse. The condom is made by the common dipping process which consists of feeding a latex compound into temperature-controlled tanks into which glass formers are dipped. The formers pick up a thin film of latex, and in the case of the closed end two more layers are added. The latex coating is then dried and, after drying, the condom is then passed through an oven to vulcanize the latex.

A filming method of probe by filling way and the probe made by the filming method, the method includes following steps: spraying hydrophilic matrix material on the rigid member; injecting liquid polyethylene glycol into the inner, letting the polyethylene glycol coagulate; cutting out the solid polyethylene glycol, letting the cutting surface and the perimeter of the rigid member to be formed in a smooth plane; letting the wedge end of the rigid member insert a liquid latex vertically for immersion, picking up the rigid member and dripping residue, air drying the adhesive layer of the rigid member; upward setting the wedge end of the rigid member, and letting the latex film be heated, melting the solid polyethylene glycol and letting the polyethylene glycol drain away. The method can minimize the nonlinear deviation, simplify the technological process, improves product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Bedding product comprising a foamed latex layer, slab of such foamed latex layer for cutting a bedding product therefrom and method of manufacturing thereof
10842290 · 2020-11-24 · ·

A method for producing a bedding product has at least a foamed latex layer. The method includes pouring liquid latex foam on a conveyor belt. The liquid latex foam is vulcanized in a vulcanization station to obtain a vulcanized latex foam slab. The vulcanized latex foam slab is cut to a desired length and/or width. Electromagnetic waves with a frequency ranging between 1 and 50 Mhz are used for at least partially vulcanizing the liquid latex foam.

Fabrication of three dimensional objects with multiple operating modes

A method of forming the body portion of a three-dimensional object from a polymerizable liquid by the process of continuous liquid interface printing is described. The body portion has a plurality of contiguous segments, and the process includes advancing a carrier for the object away from a build surface while irradiating a build region between the carrier and build surface in a pattern of advancing and irradiating defined by an operating mode. In the present invention, the operating mode is changed at least once during the formation of the body portion for different contiguous segments of the body portion.
