Process for producing 3D structures from powdered rubber material and its products
A process is described for producing a three dimensional structure, the process including the following steps a) applying of at least a first material M.sub.1 onto a substrate to build a first layer L.sub.1 on the substrate; b) layering of at least one further layer L.sub.y of the first material M.sub.1 or of a further material M.sub.x onto the first layer L.sub.1, wherein the at least one further layer Ly covers the first layer L.sub.1 and/or previous layer L.sub.y−1 at least partially to build a precursor of the three dimensional structure; c) curing the precursor to achieve the three dimensional structure; wherein at least one of the materials M.sub.1 or M.sub.x provides a Mooney viscosity of >10 ME at 60° C. and of <200 ME at 100° C. before curing and wherein at least one of the first material Mi or of the further material M.sub.x is a powder. Also, a three dimensional structure is described which is available according to the process according to the invention.
Custom-made artificial nipple
An artificial nipple is formed of an elastomeric polymer by use of 3D printing after imaging of a mother's breast in an active state of lactation. The artificial nipple used as an attachment to a baby bottle or as the nipple component of a pacifier. Use of an artificial nipple formed in this manner mitigates a problem with nipple confusion, as may otherwise manifest in newborn offspring.
Filming method of probe and probe thereof
A filming method of probe and the probe made by the filming method, the method includes following steps: spraying hydrophilic matrix material on the rigid member; injecting liquid polyethylene glycol into an interior, letting the polyethylene glycol coagulate; cutting out the solid polyethylene glycol, letting the cutting surface and the perimeter of the rigid member to be formed in a smooth plane; letting the wedge end of the rigid member insert a liquid latex vertically for immersion, picking up the rigid member and dripping residue, air drying the adhesive layer of the rigid member; upward setting the wedge end of the rigid member, and letting the latex film be heated, melting the solid polyethylene glycol and letting the polyethylene glycol drain away. The method can minimize the nonlinear deviation, simplify the technological process, improves product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
ACRYLIC RUBBER EXCELLENT IN STORAGE STABILITY
An acrylic rubber, including: 50 to 99.9% by weight of a bond unit derived from at least one (meth) acrylic acid ester selected from the group consisting of (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester and (meth) acrylic acid alkoxyalkyl ester; 0.1 to 20% by weight of a bond unit derived from a monomer containing a reactive group; and 0 to 30% by weight of a bond unit derived from other monomer, wherein the acrylic rubber contains a phenolic anti-aging agent represented by a general formula (1),
##STR00001##
(R1 represents an isopropyl group or a t-butyl group, and R2 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms), and the weight average molecular weight (Mw) of the acrylic rubber is in the range of 100,000 to 5,000,000.
