METHOD FOR PREPARING A RECYCLED RUBBER-BASED ELASTOMER
Crumb rubber obtained from recycled tires is subjected to a process involving phase reticulation induced sulfidic metathesis. The process utilizes a reactive component that interferes with sulfur bonds, assisted by exposure to a pulsed magnetic field. The resulting rubber, subjected to interlinked substitution, exhibits properties similar to those of the virgin composite rubber structure prior to being granulated, or other polymeric materials, and is suitable for use in fabricating new tires, engineered rubber articles, and asphalt rubber for use in waterproofing and paving applications.
Hydrophobic automobile rubber seal strip flocking belt and preparation method thereof
The present invention discloses a hydrophobic automobile rubber seal strip flocking belt and a preparation method thereof, wherein the flocking belt comprises a flocking belt film, flocking belt glue, villi and flocking paint; the flocking glue is roller-coated or sprayed on the flocking film to form a flocking glue layer; and the villi is implanted on the flocking glue layer by high voltage static electricity in electrostatic chamber. The flocking coating is roller-coated or sprayed on the villi to form a flocking coating which comprises fluorosilicone modified waterborne polyurethane resin, polyurethane modified acrylic emulsion, organic molybdenum, organic silicon, curing agent and solvent. Accordingly, the preparation method includes such steps as film forming, glue applying, electrostatic flocking, flocking curing, spraying or roller-coating, and coating curing, etc. The flocking belt described in the present invention is installed in a guide groove of the automobile glass, which is enabled to solve the problem of abnormal noise caused by rising and falling of glass of automobile windows. In addition, the flocking coating feels soft and smooth.

Nanocomposite refractive index gradient variable focus optic
A nanocomposite-ink refractive gradient optic with variable focus optic comprising a first optical-element, a second optical-element, each the optical-elements comprised of a cured nanocomposite-ink wherein the first and second optical-element have a cubic volumetric gradient complex optical index such that when arranged in tandem along an optical axis the optical power varies based on linear translation with respect to another.
Multilayer core molding method
A multilayer core molding method includes an upstream process of molding using an upstream process molding apparatus, which includes a first upstream process mold including a first upstream process mold cavity surface, and a second upstream process mold including a second upstream process mold cavity surface. The upstream process includes an inner core arrangement step and a covering step to obtain an intermediate molded body, which includes the inner core, and the unvulcanized or semi-vulcanized first outer core material covering only part of a surface of the inner core and integrated with the inner core.
SCREW, EXTRUDER AND EXTRUSION METHOD
A screw has a spiral blade for extruding and kneading a high-silica plastic elastomer containing not less than 100 phr of silica. The screw has a first section located on the most downstream side in the extrusion direction and provided with a barrier extending between the adjacent spiral blade threads, while inclining with respect to the screw axial direction. The length of the barrier is 1.5 to 3.0 times the lead length of the spiral blade in the first section. The height of the barrier is 2 to 10 mm lower than the height of the spiral blade. The barrier thickness is 0.9 to 3.0 times the height difference between the spiral blade and barrier.
Rubber sole thermoforming machine
A rubber sole thermo-molding machine includes a lower mold seat disposed on a hydraulic actuator of the machine seat. The lower mold seat ascends and descends with respect to the upper mold seat according to the hydraulic actuator, allowing the lower upper molds to close and open. The upper mold seat moves between a normal position and a tilt position according to the turning mechanism. The middle plate horizontally moves between the upper and the lower mold seats, and has a push mechanism connected with the middle frame. When the pin of the middle frame and the fasten unit on the push mechanism are separated, the middle frame is stacked on the middle plate or the lower mold to move, facilitating the cleansing and material-feeding operations. The user can cleanse the upper mold without being hindered by the middle frame, assuring the safe and smooth process.
