Laminated parts containing a slip resistant and water resistant outer layer and methods for their production
Laminated parts are described that include a core, a fiber layer arranged on each side of the core and impregnated with a polyurethane resin, and an outer layer that at least partially coats at least one of the polyurethane impregnated fiber layers, in which the outer layer is the cured reaction product of a reaction mixture that includes: (1) a polyisocyanate, (2) a polyether polyol having a molecular weight of 800 Da to 25,000 Da and a functionality of 2 to 8, and (3) a fatty acid ester having isocyanate-reactive functionality. Methods of producing such laminated parts are also described.
Photocurable material composition and cured product thereof
Provided are a photocurable material composition providing a cured product, which achieves both of a heat deflection temperature of 70° C. or more measured by Method A of JIS K 7191-1 and a Charpy impact strength of 6 kJ/m.sup.2 or more measured in conformity with JIS K 7111-1, after UV irradiation, and a cured product thereof. The photocurable material composition includes: 50 parts by weight to 65 parts by weight of a bifunctional urethane (meth)acrylate having (meth)acryloyl groups at both terminals thereof; 15 parts by weight to 25 parts by weight of a compound represented by the formula (4); and 10 parts by weight to 30 parts by weight of at least one of a compound represented by the formula (5) or a compound represented by the formula (6).
Composition for a polishing pad, polishing pad, and process for preparing the same
In the composition according to the embodiment, the content of an unreacted diisocyanate monomer in a urethane-based prepolymer may be controlled to control the physical properties thereof such as gelation time. Thus, since the micropore characteristics, polishing rate, and pad cut rate of a polishing pad obtained by curing the composition according to the embodiment may be controlled, it is possible to efficiently manufacture high-quality semiconductor devices using the polishing pad.
Absorbent aliphatic polyurethane foam product
The present invention relates to foam. In particular, the present invention relates to profiled foams and processes for profiling absorbent foam products. More particularly, the present invention relates to processes for producing a profiled absorbent polyurethane foam product, comprising the steps of foaming, curing, profiling and drying, wherein profiling occurs before drying; and absorbent aliphatic polyurethane foam products having at least one profiled surface.
