AGRICULTURAL SPRAYING SYSTEM
An agricultural spraying system with a system to add in a second material to the main material that can expand the spraying system to include mixing.
Method and device for the row-by-row application of plant protection agents
The invention relates to a method for the application of spray liquid containing plant protection agents onto rows of plants with an agricultural spraying device comprising groups of spray nozzles, wherein the groups of spray nozzles and the spray nozzles of each group are spaced apart from one another perpendicular to a travel path of the agricultural spraying device that extends parallel to the rows of plants. The method comprises the following steps: selecting at least one spray nozzle each from at least some of the groups of spray nozzles by means of control signals of a control unit to control the spray nozzles; applying spray liquid with the selected spray nozzles onto one row of plants each; the spray liquid being applied from the selected spray nozzles as strip application in the form of respective strips in which the application of the spray liquid does not overlap within a nominal spray angle of directly adjacent spray nozzles of the selected spray nozzles. The invention furthermore relates to an agricultural spraying device embodied to carry out the method according to the invention and a corresponding computer-readable medium.
Agricultural implement suspension system
A semi-active suspension system includes a suspension element having a damping coefficient range. The suspension element optionally includes an implement end and a chassis end. The semi-active suspension system includes a suspension control circuit in communication with the suspension element. The suspension control circuit optionally includes a kinematic assessment circuit in communication with one or more sensors. The kinematic assessment circuit is configured to measure or determine kinematic characteristics of one or more of the agricultural implement and the chassis. The suspension control circuit optionally includes a damping control circuit, and the damping control circuit generates a specified damping characteristic based on the measured or determined kinematic characteristics. The damping control circuit optionally directs the suspension element to operate within the damping coefficient range based on the specified damping characteristic.
SPRAYER SYSTEM
A spraying system including a boom having a first end, a middle, and a second end; a plurality of nozzles disposed on the boom; a plurality of cameras (70) disposed on the boom and positioned to each view a subset of the plurality of nozzles; a plurality of lights disposed on the boom and positioned to each illuminate a subset of the plurality of nozzles.
HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE TRACK DRIVE SYSTEMS AND RELATED AGRICULTURAL VEHICLES AND METHODS
A height-adjustable track drive system for an agricultural vehicle includes a support frame having four fixed-length links, each link rotatably coupled to two adjacent links at pivot points. Four wheels are connected to the support frame, and each wheel is connected to the support frame at one of the pivot points. A hydraulic cylinder connects nonadjacent pivot points of the support frame. An endless track rollably contacts each of the four wheels, and one of the wheels includes a drive wheel configured to be connected to a chassis of the agricultural vehicle. Related agricultural vehicles and methods are also disclosed.
METHOD OF SPRAYING SMALL OBJECTS
Various embodiments of an apparatus, methods, systems and computer program products described herein are directed to an agricultural observation and treatment system and method of operation. Fluid may be provided through a first pressurized fluid line from a fluid source within an agricultural treatment system to a fluid port of a treatment head assembly of the agricultural treatment system. The fluid may be delivered from the fluid port to one or more spraying tips when the fluid regulator is actuated when in a desired position.
Automatic agricultural equipment and automatic moving system
An automatic agricultural machine according to the present invention includes: a fixed base disposed on farmland; a first-direction movement guide part installed on the fixed base so as to be spaced apart from the farmland; a first-direction movement trolley configured to travel on the first-direction movement guide part; and an automatic spraying device configured to travel on a second-direction movement guide part connected to the first-direction movement trolley, wherein traveling control of the first-direction movement trolley and winding control of the second-direction movement guide part are performed on the basis of at least any one of the trigonometric function principle and the Pythagorean theorem.
System, apparatus and method for applying UAN liquid fertilizer to the soil
A system, an apparatus and a method for uniformly applying UAN fertilizing liquid to soil on farmland for the purpose of increasing crop yields. The system has an UAN sprayer distribution rail applicator apparatus which may be pulled behind a tow vehicle or pushed by a sprayer or fertilizer applicator. The atmospheric tank contains UAN fertilizing liquid which passes from a pump, through a safety shut-off valve, and through a turbine style flow meter. A safety bypass line is provided upstream of the flow meter to relieve unsafe hydraulic pressure back through a pressure-sensitive valve in the event that multiple control valves close simultaneously. Flow through this bypass line also provides mixing of the UAN fertilizing liquid during cold weather. Upon exiting the flow meter, the UAN fluid enters the center of a distribution rail assembly. Spray nozzles with individual automatic shut-off valves are spaced across the distribution rail assembly.
Spraying device for liquid means of chemical treatment with replaceable liquid subsystem and spraying systems on the basis thereof
The invention is intended for the organization of an automated process for spraying of liquid means of chemical treatment from unmanned vehicles, for example, in precise farming systems. The use of a replaceable, marked and hermetically sealed liquid subsystem in the spray device of the invention, along with an integrated self-diagnosis system, using compressed gas energy and a pressure regulator instead of standard pumps, reduces the weight of the spraying device, improves spraying accuracy, ensures personnel safety and accounting of the accumulated life resource of the main units of spraying devices. All this in combination enables to create fully automated spraying systems.
System for spraying plants with automated nozzle selection
A system for spraying plants comprises a location-determining receiver for estimating a position of a sprayer with respect to one or more rows of plants. A distance sensor is arranged to measure a distance between a nozzle assembly and a plant row segment. A guidance module is adapted to align the nozzle assembly with a target path between the rows of plants, such as a centered path between the rows, or offset between the rows of the plants. A first nozzle is targeted toward a first zone with respect to the plant row segment based on a first spray pattern of the first nozzle. A second nozzle is targeted toward a second zone with respect to the plant row segment based on a second spray pattern of the second nozzle. A nozzle selection module for selecting automatically a first nozzle or a second nozzle based on maximum coverage of a target zone around the plant segment based on the first zone, the second zone, and the measured distance.
