TREATED NON-HYDRATED SUPER ABSORBENT POLYMERS
Super absorbent polymers (SAP) generally exhibit adhesive and cohesive properties in the presence of moisture. To prevent unwanted absorption of moisture from the atmosphere, and in order to increase shelf life and handling life of SAPs; dried spent coffee ground powders may be mixed with the SAPs to prevent unwanted hydration of the SAP mixture. The natural oils in the grounds are responsible for providing a hydrophobic coating on the SAP particles.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PERFORMING SPRAYING OPERATIONS WITH AN AGRICULTURAL APPLICATOR
A system for an agricultural vehicle includes a boom assembly and a nozzle assembly positioned along the boom assembly. A position sensor is associated with the boom assembly. A field sensor is also associated with the nozzle assembly. A computing system is operably coupled with the nozzle assembly, the position sensor, and the field sensor. The computing system is configured to detect a target within a field based on data from the field sensor, determine a boom deflection model based on data from the position sensor, and activate the nozzle assembly to apply an agricultural product to the target based on the boom deflection model.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PERFORMING SPRAYING OPERATIONS WITH AN AGRICULTURAL APPLICATOR
A system for an agricultural sprayer includes a boom assembly operably coupled with a chassis. A steering system is operably coupled with the chassis and includes a steering sensor. The system also includes one or more imaging devices and one or more nozzle assemblies. A computing system is operably coupled with the one or more imaging devices and the one or more nozzle assemblies. The computing system is configured to receive data related to a first imaged portion of an agricultural field from the one or more imaging devices; identify a target within the first imaged portion of the agricultural field; receive data related to an inputted steering command from the steering system; and determine a target offset of the target relative to the sprayer path and a boom offset of the assembly relative to the sprayer path.
Spraying device
The invention relates to a device and method for applying a spraying means using a portable spraying device.
Vortex prevention adapter and related systems
An apparatus to prevent formation of a vortex has a ring-shaped gasket having a bottom surface and a top surface; and a blade assembly mounted on the top surface and comprising a center portion and plural blades of a defined height. Each of the blades extend from the center portion to the top surface, with each pair of the plural blades defining a filter based at least in part on spacing between the pair of plural blades.
LOCALIZED PRODUCT INJECTION SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR SAME
A localized product injection system includes a composite boom tube having a carrier fluid passage within a tube body, and at least one injection product passage within the tube body isolated from the carrier fluid passage. A plurality of port stations are provided at locations along the tube body. Each of the port stations includes a carrier fluid outlet port and at least one injection product outlet port. A localized injection interface is coupled at a port station. The injection interface includes a carrier fluid input coupled with the carrier fluid outlet port, and at least one injection product input coupled with the at least one injection product outlet port. The injection interface includes at least one throttling element in communication with the at least one injection product input, a mixing chamber, and an injection port configured for localized coupling and injection to a product dispenser.
Generator unit and working machine
A generator unit to be attached to a traveling vehicle that has a prime mover and a PTO shaft to transmit power from the prime mover, includes: a generator; an input shaft having: a first connector portion configured to be connected to the PTO shaft; and a second connector portion configured to be connected to a working device to be connected to the traveling vehicle; a transmitter mechanism to transmit, to the generator, power supplied from the PTO shaft, the power being inputted from the first connector portion to the input shaft; and an attachment frame having: an attachment portion to which the generator, the input shaft, and the transmitter mechanism are attached; and a mounting portion configured to be mounted to the traveling vehicle.
Portable pesticide application equipment with accurate application
A portable pesticide application equipment with accurate application, which includes a pesticide tank. Rollers are arranged at the bottom of the pesticide tank. An inclined pesticide guide plate is arranged below the filter. A side connector is arranged at one side of the pesticide tank. The side connector is connected with a long hose. The long hose is connected with a pesticide discharging device. The pesticide discharging device includes a pesticide control box, two sides of which are hinged with a first iron handle and a second iron handle. A first nozzle is connected with the bottom end of the first iron handle while a second nozzle is connected with the bottom end of the second iron handle. The upper end of the first iron handle is inserted into a first support rod while the upper end of the second iron handle is inserted into a second support rod.
Sprayer apparatus and systems
Sprayer apparatus for use with an elongate boom may be configured to spray a liquid onto foliage on a ground surface. The sprayer apparatus may include a spray boom, a spray hood coupled to the spray boom, an extension member coupled to the spray boom, and a mounting apparatus coupled to the extension member. The mounting apparatus may be couplable to the elongate boom to support the spray boom and the spray hood above the ground surface.
APPLYING AND USING FIDUCIAL MARKINGS ON AGRICULTURAL APPARATUSES
Implementations set forth herein relate to using fiducial markings on one or more localized portions of an agricultural apparatus in order to generate local and regional data that can be correlated for planning and executing agricultural maintenance. An array of fiducial markings can be disposed onto plastic mulch that surrounds individual crops, in order that each fiducial marking of the array can operate as a signature for each individual crop. Crop data, such as health and yield, corresponding to a particular crop can then be stored in association with a corresponding fiducial marking, thereby allowing the certain data for the particular crop to be tracked and analyzed. Furthermore, autonomous agricultural devices can rely on the crop data, over other sources of data, such as GPS satellites, thereby allowing the autonomous agricultural devices to be more reliable.
