Rat attractant compositions attractive to the rat species Rattus norvegicus are disclosed, which compositions are constituted of compounds found in the headspace volatiles of male urine odor or female urine odor. Said compositions are respectively termed male pheromone blend (MPB) and comprises 2-heptanone, 4-heptanone, 3-ethyl-2-heptanone, 2-octanone, 2-nonanone, and 4-nonanone in a ratio of 10:100:10:1:1:10 respectively, or female pheromone blend (FPB) and comprises 2-methyl-butyric acid, 3-methyl-butyric acid, heptanal, hexanoic acid, 2-phenylacetaldehyde, nonanal, and decanal in a ratio of 20:20:10:30:5:20:10. Devices including the rat attractant compositions, and methods of using said rat attractant compositions, are also disclosed.

Value added pest control system with smart learning

The instant disclosure provides an ability to use an array of data inputs to enter a network and thereby provide a realtime improvable database. The present invention is novel in its ability to maximize the customer's interface with a pest control system, thus allowing for maximum efficiency for current and future designs as well as a high level of compatibility with ancillary regulatory, financial and planning type functions.

RODENT STATION

A housing 10 for a rodent station, the housing 10 being adapted to hold a trap device 18 in a first position and in a second position, wherein the position of the trap device 18 in the first orientation is perpendicular to the position of the trap device 18 in the second orientation.

PRE-LOADED BAIT RODENT TRAP
20180312317 · 2018-11-01 ·

A rodent trap incorporating a pre-loaded bait of non-artificial fresh food in a pre-sealed container that is covered by a peelable sheeted material such that when setting the trap, an operator will peel off the sheeted material to expose the fresh food bait and then set the trap. The pre-loaded bait container finds utility in bail-type traps as well as adhesive glue traps.

Wireless notification systems and methods for electronic rodent traps

A remote notification electronic rodent trapping system and method is provided having a plurality of rearming electronic rodent trapping devices configured to wirelessly communicate trap information to a base station that is in communication with a cloud server. When a trap is activated by a rodent trigger it changes from a set state to a kill alert state and initiates a killing cycle. The trap waits a first time period and then sends a notification signal to the base station of trap activation which the base station forwards to the cloud server. The cloud server waits a second predetermined time period before sending a pushed notification to a remote user of the trap's kill alert state. If the trap rearms prior to expiration of the second time period, it alerts the base station which notifies the cloud server. The cloud server updates trap status to the set state and does not send a notification to the user.
