System and method for disrupting auditory communications among animals in a defined locale
One or more sound producers disrupt auditory communications among animals in a defined locale. The sound is defined by (i) a frequency range commensurate with a communication frequency range used by at least one species to carry out auditory communications, (ii) colored noise in the frequency range, and (iii) a sound level of the colored noise in the frequency range at a perimeter region of the defined locale not to exceed approximately a peak sound level associated with auditory communications of one or more species.
Apparatus for repelling birds
Disclosed is an apparatus for repelling birds that can be readily installed on a structure and effective in repelling birds. To fundamentally prevent the birds from perching on the structure, the apparatus for repelling birds in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes: a fastening means including a first supporting part, a second supporting part and a fastening part interposed between the first supporting part and the second supporting part, and having the first supporting part and the second supporting part protruded in a same direction from either end of the fastening part in such a way that a protruded structure is fitted therein; a stopper being engaged with one of the first supporting part and the second supporting part in such a way that the fastening means is fastened to the structure after the fastening means is fitted on the structure, the stopper being at least one bolt; a supporting means being installed on the fastening means; a wire having at least one end coupled to the supporting means; and a tension adjusting means being installed at a portion where the wire is coupled with the supporting means.
Remote controlled motion activated water repellant system and method
A motion activated water repellant sprinkler device for repelling animals that can be remotely controlled is provided. When the device is in on mode, the user can remotely adjust the sensitivity setting of the motion detector, set a time period for which the sprinkler will continually spray, and turn off the device so that the user can approach the device without being sprayed. The ability to set a particular time period for continuous sprinkler activity allows the motion activated water repellant sprinkler device to be used not only as an animal deterring device but also as a watering device for grass and other plants. Remote control by IR signals and RF signals is disclosed.

Bird deterrent assembly
A bird deterrent assembly for preventing a bird from defecating on a vehicle mirror includes a pair of clamps that may grip a mirror. A sensing unit is coupled between the clamps to detect when a bird has landed thereupon when the clamps are coupled to the mirror. The sensing unit disturbs the bird thereby preventing the bird from defecating on the mirror.
Fowl management system
A fowl management system is provided. The fowl management system includes a protected surface; a wire mesh at least partially suspended above the protected surface; wherein at least a portion of the wire mesh conducts an electrical current; a fence charger attached to the wire mesh; and a power source attached to the protected surface.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, METHOD OF PROCESSING INFORMATION, AND PROGRAM FOR PROCESSING INFORMATION
The present invention is to provide an information processing device, a method of processing information, and a program for processing information to easily identify the location of the monitoring object and to reduce the cost. The information processing device 10 that monitors the monitoring object includes a location information database that associates the vertical and horizontal position of the image data captured by a fixed camera with actual location information corresponding to the position, judges whether or not the monitoring object is imaged in the image data, and outputs actual location information corresponding to the position of the image data to which the monitoring object is imaged, based on the location information database if the monitoring object is judged to be imaged.
INTERCHANGEABLE GROUND MOUNT SYSTEM
An interchangeable ground mount system comprises (a) a ground mount, (b) at least one post segment, and (c) an interchangeable head. A variety of interchangeable heads can be mounted to one or more post segments, which are inserted into a semi-permanently installed ground mount, typically for lawn and garden use.

Dispenser
Volatile material dispensers are disclosed that include a substrate having a first wall portion with a first grasping portion and a second wall portion with a second grasping portion. The first wall portion and the second wall portion are substantially coplanar in a first state. The volatile material dispensers may further include at least one hinge joining the first wall portion and the second wall portion along a central axis and an insect control active. At least one of the first wall portion and the second wall portion is moveable about the central axis to form a configuration in which the first and the second wall portions are substantially not coplanar in a second state. The first grasping portion and the second grasping portion are coaxial with the central axis in the first state and the second state.
