MULTI-PART SURFACE-MOUNTABLE PHYSICAL-ACTIVITY LAMINA AND METHOD OF PRODUCING AND ASSEMBLING SUCH
A method is provided of producing and assembling a multi-part surface-mountable physical-activity lamina for use in aiding or supplementing a physical-activity in a physical-activity environment. There is a step a] of providing a first graphic design model of the lamina; and b] segmenting the first graphic design model into a plurality of graphic design model portions. A step c] follows of arranging the graphic design model portions into a more compact second graphic design defining a reduced surface area; and then d] the second graphic design being applied to a lamina substrate having another surface area. The lamina substrate is then separated into lamina elements corresponding to the graphic design model portions, followed by a step e] of assembling the lamina elements onto a mounting surface at a physical-activity environment to form the surface-mountable physical-activity lamina.
THERMOPLASTIC RESIN FILM LAMINATE AND MOLDED ARTICLE COMPRISING THERMOPLASTIC RESIN FILM LAMINATE
Provided is a thermoplastic resin film laminate, which is obtained by ultrasonic welding of a thermoplastic resin film and a thermoplastic resin molded article, and which has high welding strength and excellent appearance with less welding marks. The above-described problem is solved by a thermoplastic resin film laminate which is obtained by bonding, by ultrasonic welding, a thermoplastic resin film having a thickness of 0.4 mm or less and a welding margin of a thermoplastic resin molded article having the welding margin and having a thickness of 0.5 mm or more, and wherein the height of the welding margin is 75-125% of the thickness of the thermoplastic resin film.
Anti-Fogging and Anti-Fouling Laminate and Method for Producing Same, Article and Method for Producing Same, and Anti-Fouling Method
An anti-fogging and anti-fouling laminate, including a substrate made of a resin; and an anti-fogging and anti-fouling layer on the substrate made of a resin, wherein the anti-fogging and anti-fouling layer comprises micro convex portions or micro concave portions in a surface thereof wherein the anti-fogging and anti-fouling layer comprises a hydrophilic molecular structure, and wherein a pure water contact angle of the surface of the anti-fogging and anti-fouling layer is 90 or more.
DECORATIVE RADOME AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME
A decorative radome includes a first layer comprising a radio-transmissive polymer, the first layer having a front surface; a second layer comprising a radio-transmissive polymer, the second layer having a rear surface; and a decorative layer, between at least a portion of the first and second layer, comprising a layer of metal or an alloy comprising a metal and a metalloid. The second layer directly or indirectly abuts the decorative layer and is directly adhesion bound or indirectly connected to the first layer, wherein at least one of the first or second layers is comprised of a polymer formed by overmolding at a barrel nozzle temperature below 300 degrees Celsius.
METHOD FOR THE MANUFACTURING OF A HEATED INTERIOR CLADDING PART
A method for the manufacture of an interior cladding part with a visible side and a flat heating element includes arranging of the flat heating element as foam mat in a foaming tool such that the flat heating element abuts with a first flat side, which is facing the visible side of the interior cladding part to be manufactured, against an interior surface of the foaming tool, and introducing a first foam material into the foaming tool on a second flat side, opposite the first flat side, of the flat heating element such that the flat heating element is only back-foamed on the second flat side. The first foam material connects with the carrier element and the flat heating element.
IN MOLD DECORATION OF A FILM LAMINATED SUBSTRATE
An article of manufacturing can comprise a mold insert comprising: a cap substrate having a first surface and a second surface; an adhesive coupled to a portion of the second surface of the cap substrate; a base substrate having a first surface and a second surface, wherein the first surface of the base substrate is coupled to the adhesive, wherein the adhesive is disposed between the second surface of the cap substrate and the first surface of the base substrate; and a polymeric resin attachment, wherein the polymeric resin attachment is coupled to a portion of the second surface of the base substrate, wherein the polymeric resin extends along an edge of the base substrate, and along an edge of the cap substrate.
RESIN COMPOSITION FOR COATING PLASTIC GLAZING, PLASTIC GLAZING COATED WITH THE SAME, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PLASTIC GLAZING
Disclosed are a resin composition for coating a plastic glazing to provide superior scratch resistance and weather resistance and satisfactory compatibility with polycarbonate glass, and a plastic glazing coated with the same.
In particular, the resin composition may be suitable for a glazing, for example, a panorama sunroof of a vehicle and the like.
