An interchangeable game call disk for use with a game call. The interchangeable disks can be used with external or internal reeds. The devices utilize a carriage and a removable disk. The carriage is configured with a reed, either removable or affixed, that is positioned and configured on the carriage to generate a sound when air is blown across the reed. The disks each has one or more geometric designs that are utilized in conjunction with the reed to create a unique sound. In one embodiment has a pair of flexible external arms that secure the disk into the carriage when in an engaged position. This embodiment is to be secured to an external tower housing to provide a game call. In a second embodiment, the disk has a valley formed in one side that is configured with a unique geometric design. The carriage is configured with a guide slot on an underside that receives the disk therein. Alternatively the disk is configured with clips that slide onto the frame of the carriage. The carriage and reed are typical mouth reeds utilized, for example, in turkey hunting or elk hunting. This embodiment can be used as an internal diaphragm game call.

Multi-containment large animal trap
11758897 · 2023-09-19 · ·

A trap for large animals. The system utilizes multi-containment areas for improved efficiency in herd animal trapping. The outer containment zone of the system is designed in such a way to promote animals further into the inner containment zone. The improved efficiency lowers overall cost of trap operation in terms of time, consumable bait replenishment and number of attempts on target animal groups. The system allows for independent and remote actuation of containment zone gates. Data is transmitted to a remote user and remote actuation of attracting or deterring audio can be done during trapping process. The architecture of the trap dissuades animals capable of jumping from doing so over the containment walls.

Support pole system for supporting articles
11178959 · 2021-11-23 · ·

A support pole system for supporting articles above the ground or earth includes a support pole formed from at least two elongated pole sections that are movably coupled together so that the pole sections can be moved relative to one another between collapsed and extended positions to shorten and lengthen the support pole. An article head piece is coupled to an upper end of the support pole for attaching articles to the support pole. A base assembly couples to the lower end of the support pole and has a stake configured for insertion into the ground or earth for supporting the support pole in an upright position. The stake has projecting members that engage the ground or earth when the stake is inserted therein to prevent rotation of the stake about the longitudinal axis of the stake. A cross member is positioned at an upper end of the stake to form a footrest to facilitate insertion of the stake into the ground or earth.

WILD GAME CALL WITH IMPROVED HARMONICS
20210352886 · 2021-11-18 · ·

A wild game call includes a bugle tube and a damper. The bugle tube includes a first end with a first aperture, a second end with a second aperture, and a wall extending from the first end to the second end. The wall defines an interior volume, and the first aperture and the second aperture provide access to the interior volume such that a flow path is defined through the bugle tube from the first end, through the second end, and out the second end. The bugle tube includes a metal and is configured to generate sound waves by vibrating responsive to air flowing along the flow path. The damper surrounds the outer surface of the wall of the bugle tube between the first end and the second end and may reduce unwanted ringing while improving the sound of the bugle call.

Electronic rodent trap with remote monitoring capability

An electronic rodent trap and monitoring method is provided. Each trap has at least one entrance, and preferably two entrances in opposed relationship to create a longitudinal tunnel, with a pair of lower plates extending longitudinally and oriented in spaced substantially parallel relationship, and a triggering element, such as a third plate, positioned above the lower plates, and preferably adjacent the ceiling of the trap on a center baffle that also shields a bait cup. The trap is activated when the rodent, with its left and right feet on the parallel lower plates, which are preferably raised above the floor, contacts the triggering element on the center baffle. The trap is preferably modular in design with an electronics module and a tunnel module removably secured within and protected by an outer housing. The trap also has improved features for more accurate remote monitoring of rodent dispatch and kill verification.
