METHODS OF CONTROLLING WEED OF THE AMARANTH GENUS
Methods of Amaranthus control are provided, comprising, artificially pollinating an Amaranthus species at a growth area with an effective amount of pollen that reduces fitness of the at least one Amaranthus species, the effective amount comprising 1 mg to 1 gram per plant per application using a precision tool-assisted application or 10 gram to 100 kg per acre per application using a non-precision tool-assisted application during a flowering season of the Amaranthus species.

WIRELESS NOTIFICATION SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ELECTRONIC RODENT TRAPS
A remote notification electronic rodent trapping system and method is provided having a plurality of rearming electronic rodent trapping devices configured to wirelessly communicate trap information to a base station that is in communication with a cloud server. When a trap is activated by a rodent trigger it changes from a set state to a kill alert state and initiates a killing cycle. The trap waits a first time period and then sends a notification signal to the base station of trap activation which the base station forwards to the cloud server. The cloud server waits a second predetermined time period before sending a pushed notification to a remote user of the trap's kill alert state. If the trap rearms prior to expiration of the second time period, it alerts the base station which notifies the cloud server. The cloud server updates trap status to the set state and does not send a notification to the user.

AGRICULTURAL WORK APPARATUS, AGRICULTURAL WORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND PROGRAM
An object of the present invention is to provide an agricultural work apparatus, an agricultural work management system, and a program capable of appropriately managing agricultural work information and smoothly implementing agricultural work and business in the future by making use of agricultural work information. An agricultural work apparatus may include: a first image-capturing device; an agricultural work determination unit that determines, on the basis of first image information obtained by capturing an image of a target of agricultural work through the first image-capturing device, whether or not to execute the agricultural work on the target; an agricultural work execution unit that executes the agricultural work; an agricultural work information generation unit that generates agricultural work information including a result of the agricultural work; a measurement unit that measures a position of the target; and an agricultural work information management unit that manages the agricultural work information and positional information.

Object image recognition and instant active response with enhanced application and utility
A device for detecting a group of offending objects and determining that the number of offending objects is above a predetermined threshold of offending objects. The device uses an image capturing system to scan areas to detect flying objects such as flying insects to detect a presence of a swarm of such flying objects. An action head on the device is configured to automatically respond once a swarm of objects is identified. The action head may disperse the swarm by expelling a substance such as a mist, smoke, repellant or insecticide.
