Disclosed is a manufacturing process tool for a lateral positioning strip toothed belt, including a lateral positioning strip, a fixing molded plate, a lateral strip belt width positioner, a lateral strip belt length positioner and a rubber body. The fixing molded plate fixes the lateral strip belt width positioner and/or the lateral strip belt length positioner, the lateral strip belt length positioner is provided on one side or two sides of the fixing molded plate, the lateral strip belt length positioner faces an inner side of the fixing molded plate and forms a lateral positioning strip belt forming groove together with the lateral strip belt width positioner, an intra-belt lateral positioning strip is provided in the lateral positioning strip belt forming groove, the rubber body is provided in the lateral positioning strip belt forming groove.

TRACK SYSTEM FOR TRACTION OF A VEHICLE

A track for traction of a vehicle, such as an agricultural vehicle, an industrial vehicle (e.g., a construction vehicle), a military vehicle, or another off-road vehicle, is provided. The track comprises a ground-engaging outer surface for engaging the ground and a plurality of traction projections projecting from the ground-engaging outer surface and distributed in a longitudinal direction of the track. The traction projections may be designed to enhance their resistance to deterioration during use. For example, a blowout resistance of each traction projection may be enhanced to prevent or at least reduce a potential for blowout of the traction projection under repeated loads which may induce heat buildup within it. Also, a wear resistance of the traction projection may be enhanced such that the traction projection wears less rapidly. A system for protecting a track against potential occurrence of blowout is also provided.

A molded article includes a primary molded article which is made of a soft material and includes an exposed section and an embedded section, and a secondary molded article in which the embedded section of the primary molded article is embedded with the exposed section being exposed and which has shoulder sections that laterally project outside an outer periphery of the primary molded article. The upper surface portions of the shoulder sections of the secondary molded article on the exposed section side coincide with boundary portions between an outer peripheral surface of the exposed section and an outer peripheral surface of the embedded section in the primary molded article.

Method for producing a composite fabric material and drive belt covered with composite fabric material

A method for producing a sheet-like composite fabric material, in particular a rubberized fabric or a fabric provided with a polymer preparation, for covering drive belts, the composite fabric material comprising a textile integrated in a matrix of elastomeric material, preferably at least one fabric layer integrated in a rubber matrix, the textile or the fabric layer and the elastomeric material being introduced into a gap between a band and a cylindrical molding wheel and molded to form a composite material between the band and the molding wheel at a temperature below the vulcanization temperature, the band looping around the molding wheel at a looping angle under pressure. Likewise disclosed is a drive belt with a covering of composite material produced according to the invention.

A tube material is formed by continuously extruding a thermoplastic resin material in the shape of a cylinder that has a thickness of 100 μm and a circumferential length of 800 mm. After that, in a polishing process, the tube material is rubbed with a lapping tape of #2000 while being rotated in one direction at a fixed speed, so that circumferential stripes are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the tube material. Then, the circumferential stripes are thermally transferred by pressing the outer circumferential surface of the heated tube material against a mold surface that is finished in the shape of circumferential stripes by a thermal transfer process.
