A green tyre (2) for bicycles is built, comprising at least one carcass ply (4) having axially opposite end flaps (4a) engaged with respective bead cores (5) and a tread band (6) applied in a radially outer position around the at least one carcass ply (4). The built tyre (2) removed from the building drum, is profiled so as to translate the tread band (6) in a radially outer direction with respect to the bead cores (5), so as to impart a cross-sectional convex profile to the tyre (2) in a radially outer direction. The profiled tyre is engaged by means of a transfer member (31) comprising a gripping device (30) which retains it at the radially outer surface (2b) so as to maintain the cross-sectional convex profile in a radially outer direction.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DE-VULCANISATION OF RUBBER
The invention provides an apparatus for de-vulcanisation of rubber from a rubber component, preferably a rubber tire. The apparatus comprises a cleaning device configured to clean and/or sanitize the rubber and a mixing device having at least one rotor configured to de-vulcanise the cleaned and/or sanitized rubber.

Provided are a tire vulcanization device and a tire vulcanization method. A container ring is disposed on an outer circumferential side of segments mounted on outer circumferential surfaces of sector molds. A bolster plate is disposed above an upper plate mounted on an upper surface of an upper side mold. A green tire is placed in a sideways state on a lower side mold mounted on an upper surface of a lower plate. In a state where the bolster plate is moved downward by a pressurizing mechanism and maintained in a mold closed position, a container ring held slidably in a vertical direction with respect to the bolster plate by a connecting body is moved downward by pressurizing fluid supplied, and the sector molds are assembled in an annular shape to be closed with the upper side mold pressed against upper surfaces of the sector molds.

The tire repair tool is used for repairing a damaged tire. The tire repair tool plugs the damaged tire. The tire repair tool is configured for use with an impact wrench. The impact wrench is a pneumatic device that drives the working element of the tire repair tool into the damaged tire such that the tire repair tool can deposit a plug in an aperture formed through the damaged tire. The tire repair tool comprises a needle structure, a stop collar, and a locking nut. The stop collar and the locking nut attach to the needle structure. The needle structure forms the working element of the tire repair tool that inserts the plug into the damaged tire. The stop collar limits the depth of insertion of the tire repair tool into the damaged tire. The locking nut fixes the position of the stop collar relative to the needle structure.

A hydraulic tire vulcanizing machine includes a frame, a cross beam mechanism, a plurality of groups of pulling rods and a mold locking mechanism, and hydraulic oil cylinders.
