Radial press
A radial press is provided including a base, a hollow ring die mounted on the base rotatably relative to a press axis with an inner contour tapering in the direction of the axis and rotationally symmetrical, and a rolling element unit rotatable relative to the axis and having a pressure ring, which surrounds the axis, and a plurality of rolling elements arranged around the axis which are rotationally symmetrical. The rolling elements are supported on the pressure ring at a variable distance from the axis and can roll on the inner contour of the ring die. A rotary drive acts on the ring die or the rolling element unit and effects rotation about the axis. A feed drive also acts on the rolling element unit or the ring die and effects axial displacement of the rolling element unit and the ring die relative to each other.
Roll press apparatus for manufacturing compressed strip-shaped electrode plates
A roll press apparatus forms a compressed strip-shaped electrode plate by roll-pressing a strip-shaped electrode plate including an active material portion and an active material absent portion and including a tensile-force-ratio adjustment mechanism adjusting a tensile force ratio of an upstream active material absent portion tensile force applied to an upstream side and a downstream active material absent portion tensile force applied to a downstream side of an inter-roll active material absent portion held in a non-compressed state between a pair of press rolls in an active material absent portion of the strip-shaped electrode plate.
Roll pressing device
A roll pressing device may include a roller configured to pressurize a substrate provided with an active material, and provided with a pair of cooling lines through which a coolant circulates, respectively, a shaft supported by a bearing and configured to drive the roller, a pair of supply lines provided on both sides of the shaft and configured to supply the coolant to the pair of cooling lines, respectively, and a pair of discharge lines provided on the both sides of the shaft and configured to discharge the coolant having cooled the roller from the pair of cooling lines, respectively, where the pair of cooling lines are separated from each other.
ROTARY PRESS
The invention relates to a rotary press comprising a rotor rotatable by means of a rotary drive, wherein the rotor has an upper punch guide for upper pressing punches and a lower punch guide for lower pressing punches as well as a die plate arranged between the punch guides, wherein the pressing punches interact with cavities of the die plate, wherein the rotary press further comprises a filling apparatus, by means of which powder material to be pressed is filled into the cavities of the die plate, and wherein the rotary press comprises a pressure apparatus with an upper pressure unit and a lower pressure unit, which, during operation, interact with the upper pressing punches and with the lower pressing punches to press the powder material in the cavities of the die plate to form pellets, and wherein the rotary press comprises a removal apparatus for removing pellets ejected onto the upper side of the die plate by the lower pressing punches after pressing, wherein the removal apparatus has a removal channel arranged at least in portions above the die plate, so that pellets ejected from the cavities onto the upper side of the die plate by the lower pressing punches are conducted along the removal channel from the die plate to a first pellet outlet.

Dry Electrode Manufacturing Apparatus
A dry electrode manufacturing apparatus includes a powder sheeting device configured to shape a dry material including an electrode active material into an electrode sheet and a calendaring device including at least one rolling unit, each rolling unit including a pair of rolling rolls to roll the electrode sheet supplied from the powder sheeting device. The apparatus further includes a lamination roll configured to laminate a current collector and the rolled electrode sheet with a target thickness through the calendaring device to form an electrode. The lamination roll is disposed facing toward one of the pair of rolling rolls of the rolling unit that is last to roll the electrode sheet.
Electrode rolling apparatus including non-coating portion pressing unit and electrode rolling method using the same
The present disclosure relates to an electrode rolling apparatus including a non-coating portion pressing unit that rolls a non-coating portion of an electrode substrate and an electrode rolling method using the same, and can prevent a swell from occurring in the non-coating portion region during the process of rolling the electrode substrate and increase the efficiency of the manufacturing process.
Tube Roller Clamp
A first section and a second section for forming a tube roller clamp for evacuating fluid from flexible tubing in a single flow direction. The sections each having: a roller for contact with the flexible tubing; and a pair of spacing clips for holding the roller (300) in a fixed position relative to a housing portion. The roller is constrained by the spacing clips from movement perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the roller but is able to rotate around the longitudinal axis (190). Also disclosed are methods for using the tube roller clamp and methods for making a family of tube roller clamps adapted for different types of flexible tubing.
Roll press device and control device
