Rubber balers
A bailing apparatus may include a multi-component bolster assemblies that may ease installation and removal, reduce wear and tear and maintenance, and/or improve baling efficiency by reducing material waste, imperfections, and/or contamination. The bolster assemblies may include a plurality of coupling portions that engage a hydraulic rod and may enable the bolster assembly to self-center within a press chamber during normal baling operations. The bolster assemblies also may include an island portion that may be attached to the coupling portions and to a bolster cap, and the latter may be attached using retainer bolts having substantially planar heads that may define lips that run about frustums. The bolts may substantially planar head may reduce irregularities in the bale and the lips may prevent material seepage into the bolster assemblies.
Door jig press
Systems and methods are provided for using vehicle door jigs with a door jig press. A vehicle door jig can be inserted into a press, and the press can be activated by simultaneously pressing and holding down two or more actuation mechanisms. The press can tighten one or more hooks of the vehicle door jig by pressing the one or more hooks against a base of the vehicle door jig. Releasing the two or more actuation mechanisms can complete pressing of the vehicle door jig.

PRESS SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD OF PRESS SYSTEM
A press system and method that can easily avoid collisions and improve productivity regardless of a workpiece conveyance pattern by a workpiece conveyance device. Press devices Pn and Pn+1 each send signals corresponding to an angle of a crankshaft to a line controller, and robots Rm, Rm1, and Rm+1 each send signals corresponding to a state of conveyance of a workpiece to the line controller. The line controller, based on the signals, determines whether to permit entry to each of the multiple regions C1 to C10. It then sends an entry permission signal for each of the multiple regions C1 to C10 to the robot Rm based on determined results, and the robot Rm performs loading or unloading based on the entry permission signal.
