CARTON WITH LOCKING FEATURES
A carton comprising an inner construct comprising a plurality of inner panels extending at least partially around a first interior and an inner locking tab foldably connected to at least one inner panel. An outer construct can comprise a plurality of outer panels extending at least partially around a second interior. The outer construct can comprise an outer locking tab foldably connected to at least one outer panel, and the inner locking tab and the outer locking tab can cooperate to limit movement between the inner construct and the outer construct. The carton also can comprise an engagement feature comprising a cover panel that is at least partially separable from the at least one outer panel. The inner locking tab of the inner construct can extend along the engagement feature in the outer construct so that the inner locking tab can be engaged when the cover panel is at least partially removed for facilitating movement of the inner construct and the outer construct relative to one another.
Machine and method for forming capsules with pleated capsule body
The present invention describes a method and a machine for the formation of a capsule (100) for producing beverages in which the capsule (100) comprises a pleated capsule body (101) and a reinforcing element (102). The method comprises the following steps: a step of forming the pleated capsule body (101) of the capsule (100) in a first station (110); a step of supplying the reinforcing element (102) in a second station (111) different from the first station (110); a step of transporting the pleated capsule body (101) from the first station (110) to the second station (111); a step of insertion in the second station of the pleated capsule body (101) in the reinforcing element (102); a step of coupling between the pleated capsule body (101) and the reinforcing element (102) in the second station (111).
BOX CONTAINER AND DISPLAY
A corrugated box container with a main component including a base section and first and second side sections. The box container additionally includes first and second side support components associated with the first and second side sections for reinforcing the first and second side support sections. The box container further includes a cover component that is capable of engagement with the main component or the first and second side support components, such that the main component and the cover component present a fully enclosed space within the box container. The box container is erected from a knockdown configuration by folding the first and second side sections until the side sections are generally perpendicular with the base section; connecting the first and second side support components with the first and second side sections respectively; and connecting the cover component with the main component or the first and second side support components.
SQUEEZE TUBE AND METHOD OF MAKING A SQUEEZE TUBE
A squeeze tube includes a fluid-discharge container and a fluid-discharge closure mated to the fluid-storage container. The fluid-discharge closure is coupled to one end of the fluid-storage container and configured to discharge selectively fluid stored in a product-storage region formed in the fluid-storage container.
Unit to work relatively rigid material such as cardboard, and relative working method
An apparatus and method to work relatively rigid material such as cardboard in sheets, to make boxes. The apparatus includes a loader suitable to have, according to a desired order, substantially flat reinforcement elements, and gripping means movable between a first gripping position in which they cooperate with the loader to pick up the reinforcement elements, and a second positioning condition, in which they position the reinforcement elements on the sheet according to a predetermined positioning pattern.
INSULATED CONTAINER
A container is formed to include and interior region that is configured to receive a product therein and the container is insulated.
Packaging for Modified Atmosphere Packaging
The invention relates to a method for providing a packaging for modified atmosphere packaging, which method includes the steps of: providing an unfolded sheet for folding a box; folding the unfolded sheet to a box having at least an access opening and flange parts bordering the access opening, which flange parts compose an endless circumferential flange; providing a plastic foil; heating the plastic foil; pressing the heated plastic foil against the inner wall of the box and covering the circumferential flange, such that the plastic foil is laminated to the box. The invention further relates to a packaging.
PRESSURE-RESISTANT CONTAINER
The invention relates to a can containing a liquid and/or a gaseous medium which has positive pressure or develops such during transport or storage, wherein the cylindrical can shell of the can consists mainly of paper or cardboard material and is closed at the bottom with a bottom element and at the top with a cover element, wherein the can withstands an internal pressure of at least 5 bar, wherein the innermost layer of the can shell consists of a straight-wound barrier layer having a longitudinally extending folded seam, wherein the barrier layer is a prefabricated laminate made of an inner diffusion-tight barrier film or an inner diffusion-tight barrier laminate and an outer kraft paper layer.
BOX-IN-BOX CONTAINER
A container for consumer goods includes a rigid outer box having a hinged lid configured to provide access to an inner volume of the outer box, and a rigid inner box comprising panels separated by fold lines and assembled from an inner box blank. The inner box blank includes a top front panel separated from a top panel by a first transverse fold line, a back panel separated from the top panel by a second transverse fold line, a bottom panel separated from the back panel by a third transverse fold line, a bottom front panel separated from the bottom panel by a fourth transverse fold line, and the top panel and top front panel include side flaps. The inner box blank comprises a plurality of layers including paperboard and bundle wrap.
Insulated container
An insulated container may include a rigid container surrounding an insulation layer formed from a post-industrial, pre-consumer card waste. The insulation layer may be characterized by a lack of any wrapping material. The insulation layer may be manufactured using a variety of converting processes including, carding, airlay, and needle punch to form a non-woven material for providing consistent density throughout the insulation layer. The insulation layer may include a natural fiber lamination layer on an outer surface of the insulation layer. The insulation layer may be biodegradable in an anaerobic environment.
