The blank includes a glue panel, a front panel, a top panel, a rear panel, and a bottom panel coupled together in series by a plurality of generally parallel fold lines. The glue panel includes an opening mechanism and is configured to couple in face-to-face relationship to the bottom panel when the container is formed. The blank also includes a pair of top side panels extending from opposing side edges of the top panel, and a pair of bottom side panels extending from opposing side edges of the bottom panel. An edge perforation line extends along an edge between the top panel and the rear panel, and a face of each of the top panel, the bottom panel, and the pairs of side panels is devoid of perforation lines extending therethrough.

Beverage carrier with detachable sleeves and method for making the same

The present invention provides a beverage carrier for holding, storing, and carrying one or more beverages. Advantageously, the carrier comprises detachable sleeves that each hold a beverage container. When a sleeve is detached from the remainder of the beverage carrier, with the beverage remaining within the sleeve, the sleeve serves as an insulating device to reduce the transfer of heat to or from the beverage during consumption.

A METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CELLULOSE PRODUCT AND A CELLULOSE PRODUCT

A method for producing a cellulose product from an air-formed cellulose blank structure includes the steps of providing a cellulose-based material to a mill, milling the cellulose-based material, and providing an air-formed cellulose blank structure, wherein the cellulose blank structure is air-formed from cellulose fibres.

Package for containers

A construct for holding a plurality of containers. The construct can comprise a tray portion comprising at least a bottom panel and a side panel foldably connected to the bottom panel, a cover portion comprising at least a top panel, an open configuration for inserting or removing the plurality of containers from the construct, and a closed configuration for at least partially retaining the plurality of containers in the construct. The top panel can be opposite to the bottom panel and the cover portion can be spaced apart from the side panel when the construct is in the closed configuration. The tray portion can be for at least partially receiving at least a first container of the plurality of containers, and the construct can be for receiving a second container of the plurality of containers between the first container and the top panel when the construct is in the closed configuration.

Carton With Display Feature

A carton for holding a plurality of articles. The carton includes a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels includes a top panel, a bottom panel, a first side panel, and a second side panel. The carton has a display feature comprising a display opening in at least one of the first side panel and the second side panel, and a display panel foldably connected to the top panel. The display panel is located in the interior and spaced-apart from the opening. The display panel is at least partially visible through the display opening.

BEVERAGE CARRIER WITH DETACHABLE SLEEVES AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME
20170050790 · 2017-02-23 ·

A beverage carrier for holding, storing, and carrying beverages is provided. The carrier has a handle and six or more individually detachable sleeves arranged in two rows on each side of the handle. When a sleeve is detached from the carrier, with a beverage remaining within the sleeve, the sleeve serves as an insulating device for the beverage. The beverage carrier is manufactured from a template, which is a single, continuous piece of generally flat material such as cardboard or paperboard. The end sleeves of each row of sleeves is attached directly to the handle, and the middle sleeves are attached to the handle via a hinge that allows the middle sleeves to be folded into place between the end sleeves. The hinges allow the template to be made from a single piece of material without any overlapping material. Because the carrier is made from such a template, a high volume of carriers can be manufactured using automated machinery.

Method for producing a cellulose product and a cellulose product
12312745 · 2025-05-27 · ·

A method for producing a cellulose product from an air-formed cellulose blank structure comprising the steps of: providing a cellulose blank structure which is air-formed from cellulose fibres; applying, in a first application step (S.sub.A1), an alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) dispersion to the cellulose blank structure, and applying, in a second application step (S.sub.A2) a latex dispersion to the cellulose blank structure arranging the cellulose blank structure with the applied alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) dispersion and latex dispersion in a forming mould; heating the cellulose blank structure to a forming temperature (T.sub.F) in the range of 100 C. to 300 C., and forming the cellulose product from the cellulose blank structure in the forming mould, by pressing the heated cellulose blank structure with the applied alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) dispersion and latex dispersion with a forming pressure (P.sub.F) of at least 1 MPa, preferably 4-20 MPa.

METHOD FOR TRANSPORTING A CELLULOSE BLANK STRUCTURE VIA A BUFFERING MODULE AND BUFFERING MODULE
20260001295 · 2026-01-01 ·

A method for transporting an air-formed cellulose blank structure to a forming mould via a buffering module, includes the steps: continuously feeding the cellulose blank structure on a first endless belt unit in a first feeding direction, and redirecting the cellulose blank structure to a second endless belt unit; feeding the cellulose blank structure on the second endless belt unit in a second feeding direction being at least partly opposite the first feeding direction, where the second endless belt unit alternatingly is longitudinally moved in opposite directions relative to the first endless belt unit and a third endless belt unit, and redirecting the cellulose blank structure to the third endless belt unit; intermittently feeding the cellulose blank structure on the third endless belt unit in a third feeding direction at least partly coinciding with the first feeding direction.

FORMING MOULD COMPRISING A MOVABLE ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR FORMING CELLULOSE PRODUCTS

A forming mould for forming three-dimensional cellulose products from an air-formed cellulose blank structure. The forming mould includes a first mould part and a second mould part. The first mould part and the second mould part are movable relative to each other in a pressing direction and arranged to be pressed relative to each other during forming of the cellulose products. The first mould part includes a movable element displaceable between an extended state and a retracted state, where the movable element in the extended state is arranged as a protruding body extending in the pressing direction relative to a surrounding pressing surface of the first mould part. The movable element is in the retracted state arranged as a pressing surface cooperating with the surrounding pressing surface for forming the cellulose products.
