SIDE GUSSET PAPER CONTAINER, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SIDE GUSSET PAPER CONTAINER AND USE OF THE SIDE GUSSET PAPER CONTAINER
A side gusset paper container in which in the region of the transition of the front wall to a first part of the container bottom region, there is a first pre-crease, and in which in the region of the transition of the rear wall into a second part of the container bottom region, there is a second pre-crease. Furthermore, the disclosure relates to a method for producing a side gusset paper container, in which at least one or a plurality of linear pre-creases are formed in the inner side of a paper web. Additionally, the disclosure relates to a use of the side gusset paper container according to the disclosure as a compost collecting and/or carrying container and/or as a fillable container which is self-standing in the unfilled state.
Self opening bag pack, apparatus and method of making same
An apparatus for making a self-opening bag pack includes a supply of film material. An extruder forms a continuous tube of film. A flattener flattens the tube. A corona treater treats at least one surface of the flattened tube. A first sealer forms a bottom seam across a width of the flattened tube. A cutter cuts the flattened tube into bag blanks at a predetermined distance from the bottom seam. A stacker forms the bag blanks into a bag pack. A non-linear adhesion knife penetrates the bag pack and adheres adjacent bag blanks together in the bag pack. An aperture maker forms means for suspending the pack from a dispensing rack. The pack is attached to the dispensing rack and the front wall of the subsequent bag will be adhered to the rear wall of a first bag, thereby causing the first bag to open when pulled from the rack.
Self opening wide mouth carryout bag pack, apparatus and method of making same
An apparatus for making a self-opening wide mouth bag pack includes a supply of flexible film material. An extruder forms a continuous tube. A flattener flattens the tube. A first sealer forms a bottom seal across a width of the flattened tube. A cutter cuts the flattened tube into bag blanks has a bag mouth at a predetermined distance from the bottom seal. Second and third sealers form angled seals at lower corners of the bag blank forming a flat bottomed bag. An adhesion knife penetrates the bag pack adhering adjacent bag blanks together in the bag pack. An aperture maker forms apertures for suspending the bag pack from a dispensing rack. The pack is attached to the dispensing rack and the front wall of the subsequent bag is adhered to the rear wall of a first bag, thereby causing the first bag to open when pulled from the rack.
Former with insert
A former provides an insert at the lip of the former to enable packaging material to travel smoothly over the former. The insert lays smoothly on the top surface of the former. The insert is sized approximately one half the width of the packaging material that travels over the insert. The former provides a raised textured surface that enables the packaging material to travel over the former into the aperture. The insert constructed with a smooth top surface is located adjacent at least a portion of the aperture. The insert provides a smooth surface for the packaging material to travel across when entering the aperture.
Bag-making and packaging apparatus
A bag-making and packaging apparatus includes a bag-making and packaging unit, a film feeding unit, a splicing device, and a control unit. The control unit allows a bag-making operation to continue by utilizing an auto-feeding function that feeds to the bag-making and packaging unit a film F spliced by the splicing device to take the place of a film F currently being fed to the bag-making and packaging unit. When the control unit judges that at least one of the film feeding unit and the splicing device is malfunctioning in a case where the control unit is utilizing the auto-feeding function, the control unit stops the auto-feeding function and executes a non-auto-feeding mode. The non-auto-feeding mode allows the bag-making operation to be continued by the bag-making and packaging unit and a film roll holding unit that is operable among plural film roll holding units.
FILM PROCESSING DEVICE, BAG MANUFACTURING DEVICE, METHOD FOR PROCESSING FILM, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BAG
Provided is a film processing device including: a first cutting blade and a first receiver base that are opposed to each other with a film including at least two layers interposed therebetween, and are configured to move toward and away from each other; and a first distance adjuster that adjusts, without being in contact with the film, a minimum distance between the first cutting blade and the first receiver base.
SACK AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SACK
A pinch bottom sack fillable with bulk good includes a sleeve with at least one area element, wherein the sleeve includes a mesh and the area element a handle means including a load element at which a load force is applicable for lifting the sack, and the load element is configured such that it extends at least in some areas at least in a load condition in which the load force acts at the load element opposite to an outer side of the area element.
Method and system for manufacturing bags
A system and method of manufacturing reinforced bags having reinforcing elements applied about the bags to support the bags in an opened and/or upstanding configuration. A web of bag material can be fed from a supply and can be folded and secured to form the bags. A series of reinforcing strips can be fed through an adhesive application station for application of an adhesive material thereto in a desired pattern. The reinforcing strips and bags are brought into registration and are adhesively attached to form the reinforced bags.
FILM FOR GAS DISCHARGE AND BAG MADE FROM THE SAME
A film for gas discharge includes an inner film member, an outer film member, adhesive for securing the inner and outer film members together, an inlet through the inner film member, an outlet in the adhesive adjacent to ends of the inner and outer film members, a release member between the inlet and the outlet, and a valve on the release member. The valve may close the release member to block a passage from the inlet to the outlet or open the release member to unblock the passage. A bag made from the film for gas discharge is also provided.
Thermal bag for foods and the like
The thermal bag (2) is made of thermally insulating composite material folded to form a bottom and welded along lateral borders (3) to form a body (1) of the bag with a mouth (5) at the level of which a handle (7A, 7B) is applied. The composite material defines a bottom folded in an accordion-like fashion opposite the mouth of the bag, and a laminar stiffening element (15) of the accordion-like bottom is disposed inside the bag.
