The scoring station actuator shifts the scoring tool to form a slot in the web. The forming tool receives the scored web and includes a vertically shiftable positive mold assembly and negative mold assembly. The forming station actuator shifts the positive mold assembly to press against the web and form the pressware product.

The method for manufacturing the paper buffer tray for packaging includes: a raw material preparing step of preparing a raw material for manufacturing a buffer tray in which a plurality of papers are laminated; a molding preparing step of preparing at least one mold corresponding to a shape and size of a product to be packaged; and a molding step of press-molding the raw material by using the at least one mold.

A plurality of folding blades are arranged at a distance next to one another in the first direction, at least one of the folding blades being arranged between immediately adjacent bearing blocks. The folding blades can be adjusted by changing a mutual distance with an additional movement component perpendicular to the blank. Adjacent bearing blocks are coupled in terms of movement via a linkage. The folding blade arranged between adjacent bearing blocks is connected to the linkage so a change in distance between the bearing blocks can be transferred by the linkage to the folding blade for the adjustment thereof.
