ENGINEERED FLOORING PRODUCT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to a method of manufacturing an engineered flooring product comprising a core layer. The method provides the steps of: (a) mixing a hydrate compound, one or more stabilizing agents, and water in a mixer, forming a raw material slurry; (b) spreading a first layer of the raw material slurry onto a cull plate; (c) curing the first layer of raw material slurry; (d) after step (c), releasing the cured first layer of raw material slurry from the cull plate; (e) after step (d), trimming the cured first layer of raw material slurry released from the cull plate; and, (f) after step (e), cooling the cured first layer of raw material slurry released from the cull plate for at least about 24 hours at a temperature ranging from about 10° C.-30° C. thereby forming the engineered flooring product.

Noise Barriers and Methods of Their Manufacture
The present invention relates to a noise barrier wall panel that is lighter and more structurally sound than existing concrete noise barrier wall panels. The panel has a metal frame that is reinforced via metal strapping in key areas to prevent sagging. The panel has a plurality of layers forming a laminate that can be fixedly attached to the frame. A finish coating layer may have a plurality of designs, logos, symbols, or textures which may mimic building materials or scenery.
Sound damping gypsum board and method of constructing a sound damping gypsum board
The present invention is directed to an improved gypsum board, such as an improved sound damping gypsum board, and a method of making such gypsum board. For instance, the method comprises: providing a first encasing layer and a first sound damping layer on the first encasing layer wherein the sound damping layer includes at least 50 wt. % of a first sound damping polymer; depositing a gypsum slurry comprising stucco and water on the sound damping layer to form a gypsum core; providing a second encasing layer on the gypsum slurry; and allowing the stucco to convert to calcium sulfate dihydrate.
3D CONCRETE PRINTING WITH DUCTILE CORDS
A concrete construction (100) made by 3D concrete printing that contains: two or more layers (102, 106) of cementitious material extruded one above the other, and at least one elongated steel element (104) reinforcing at least one of the layers (102, 106). The elongated steel element (104) has an elastic and plastic elongation at break that exceeds 4%. The high elongation of the elongated steel element gives an increased ductility to the concrete structure (100).
ROOFING SYSTEMS AND RELATED METHODS
Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a roofing system. In some embodiments, the roofing system includes a roofing membrane, which may include a cap, a scrim, and a core. In some embodiments, the roofing system may also include an adhesive film, which may include a first adhesive layer adhered to the roofing membrane, a second adhesive layer configured to adhere the roofing membrane to a roofing substrate, and a barrier layer positioned between the first and second adhesive layers. Methods of manufacturing roofing systems are also disclosed.
TAPE, ARTICLE INCLUDING TAPE AND COMPOSITE LAYER, AND RELATED METHODS
The tape incudes a water vapor-permeable air and water barrier article and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer. The air and water barrier article includes a fibrous layer having first and second major surfaces and a polymeric layer on a first major surface of the fibrous layer that penetrates into the fibrous layer but leaves at least some fibers exposed on the second major surface. The pressure sensitive adhesive layer is on the polymeric layer of the air and water barrier article. The tape can retain greater than 50 percent by weight of mortar applied according to the Vertical Mortar Receptivity Evaluation. The article includes a substrate, the tape, and a composite layer comprising at least one of gypsum, lime, or cement. The composite layer is at least one of dried or cured on the second major surface of the fibrous layer. Methods of making the article are also described.
Continuous FRP Composite Fiber Truss Shear Connector
A continuous FRP composite fiber truss shear connector is provided. The connector includes two folding line segments I and multiple folding line segments II. Multiple folding line segments II are connected in sequence end to end, and the two folding line segments I are respectively connected to the head end of the first folding line segment II and the tail end of the last folding line segment II; and the included angle between the adjacent folding line segments II is 20°-140°. The present disclosure achieves the rigid connection strength of walls, and can cut off thermal bridge connection so as to greatly improve the thermal insulation efficiency of precast concrete sandwich panels.
WAFER PLACEMENT TABLE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A wafer placement table includes a first ceramic substrate having a wafer placement surface on an upper surface; a second ceramic substrate disposed on a lower surface side of the first ceramic substrate; a metal bonding layer that bonds a lower surface of the first ceramic substrate and an upper surface of the second ceramic substrate; a connection member including an upper base and a lower base, the connection member being embedded in the second ceramic substrate with the upper base in contact with the metal bonding layer; and a power supply terminal electrically connected to the lower base of the connection member, wherein the connection member has a portion in which an area of cross section when the connection member is cut by a plane parallel to the upper base increases from a side of the upper base to a side of the lower base.
Erection anchor with coil legs
An erection anchor is provided having a head and first and second legs affixed to opposite sides of the head, whereby the first and second legs each have a threaded lower section extending downward, away from the head. The erection anchor may be embedded in a precast concrete panel, such as a multilayer panel having an insulation core layer sandwiched between concrete layers. The erection anchor may be embedded in the multilayer panel with the head exposed and the first and second legs each embedded in a concrete layer on opposite sides of the insulation layer.
