The lamination apparatus includes: a support member; a deformation bearing member, which includes special-shaped bearing portions arranged opposite each other, and a deformable portion connected between the special-shaped bearing portions, the deformable portion being supported by the support member; and a flexible pad, which is disposed on the side of the deformation bearing member facing away from the support member, the flexible pad including a support surface for supporting a flexible screen and a fitting surface that is fitted with the deformable portion. The support surface is provided with a spinal segment located on the side of the deformable portion facing away from the support member and inclined segments located on both sides of the spinal segment.

The automatic bonding system includes a bonding unit configured to perform a process of bonding a first substrate to a second substrate, a first substrate supply unit configured to include an inverting arm and supply the first substrate to the bonding unit, a second substrate supply unit configured to include an adhesive resin coating unit and supply the second substrate to the bonding unit, a pre-hardening unit configured to perform a process of pre-hardening an adhesive resin that adheres the first and second substrates, and a hardening unit configured to perform a process of hardening the adhesive resin that adheres the first and second substrates. A gap between the first and second substrates bonded to each other by the bonding unit is a bonding gap controlled by a gap variable control stage.

Methods and apparatus for 3D fabrication

In an illustrative implementation of this invention, a 3D object comprises substrate layers infiltrated by a hardened material. The 3D object is fabricated by a method comprising the following steps: Position powder on all or part of a substrate layer. Repeat this step for the remaining substrate layers. Transform the powder into a substance that flows and subsequently hardens into the hardened material. The hardened material solidifies in a spatial pattern that infiltrates positive regions in the substrate layers and does not infiltrate negative regions in the substrate layers.

Rail-mounted lift systems are disclosed. In one embodiment, the lift system includes a rail having at least one conductor positioned on an upper interior surface of the rail. A carriage may be slidably disposed in the rail for relative movement to the rail. The carriage generally includes a carriage body, at least one pair of support wheels rotatably coupled to the carriage body and slidably engaged with the rail, and a conductor truck comprising at least one conductive roller rotatably attached to the conductor truck. The conductor truck may be mounted to the carriage body with a biasing member upwardly biasing the conductive roller into rolling engagement with the at least one conductor. A lift unit may be coupled to the carriage body and includes a motor paying out and taking up a lifting strap. The lift unit is electrically coupled to the at least one conductive roller.

The surface activation treatment is performed by using UV-ray irradiation on at least a part or the entire surface of an adhesive face contacting with the adherend of said transparent adhesive sheet for optics.

Methods and apparatus for three-dimensional printed composites based on flattened substrate sheets

A 3D object according to the invention involves substrate layers infiltrated by a hardened material. The 3D object may be fabricated by a method comprising the following steps: Flatten a substrate layer. Position powder on all or part of a substrate layer. Repeat this step for the remaining substrate layers. Stack the substrate layers. Transform the powder into a substance that flows and subsequently hardens into the hardened material. The hardened material solidifies in a spatial pattern that infiltrates positive regions in the substrate layers and does not infiltrate negative regions in the substrate layers. In a preferred embodiment, the substrate is carbon fiber and excess substrate is removed by abrasion.
