Heating floor panel for transport means
A floor panel illustratively for a transport vehicle. The floor panel includes a metal plate and at least one heating cable adapted to generate heat when electric current flows therethrough. A net is provided with a plurality of openings and the at least one heating cable is arranged between the net and the metal plate, such that the at least one heating cable is in contact with the metal plate. The floor panel also includes an insulative layer adapted to limit transmission of heat produced by the at least one heating cable and the net is arranged between the layer and the metal plate. The insulative layer is fixed to the metal plate by an adhesive, and the at least one heating cable is positioned or immersed in the adhesive, except for a surface portion of the at least one heating cable which is in contact with the metal plate.
Pallet and manufacturing method thereof
In a pallet manufacturing method, variations of pallets, having different thicknesses of pallet bodies, heights of legs, or foaming ratios thereof, are manufactured at low cost and with high quality. The method includes a pallet body molding step for molding a plurality of the pallet bodies of a plurality of types having different thicknesses or expansion ratios of foaming; a leg molding step for molding, separately from the pallet body, a plurality of legs of a plurality of types having different heights or expansion ratios of foaming; and a vacuum forming step for forming a resin sheet for covering and integrating the pallet body and the legs from a bottom surface side of the pallet by vacuum integral forming after the pallet body and the legs are selected, respectively, from the plurality of types and assembled in a state that the legs are mounted on the pallet body.
Ground structure-equipped laminated glass for vehicles
A ground structure-equipped laminated glass for vehicles is provided, with a countermeasure against static electricity on an electrically driven functional layer. The ground structure-equipped laminated glass for vehicles comprises a first glass plate, an interlayer and a second glass plate laminated in this order, wherein the interlayer has an electrically driven functional layer, a power supply member electrically connected to the electrically driven functional layer, a first circuit having the power supply member and the functional layer connected in series, and a second circuit having the power supply member, a flexible ESD shield, and a ground member connected in series, wherein at least one of the power supply member, the flexible ESD shield, and the ground member comprises a dielectric, and the ground member is grounded.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR LAMINATING TWO POLYMERIC COMPONENTS
Method of laminating two polymeric components, preferably to form a microfluidic device, comprising the steps of: providing two polymeric components (60, 62), each having a connecting surface (53); providing a solvent (66) to at least one connecting surface (61, 53); securing the connecting surface (61) of a first polymeric component (60) to the connecting surface (53) of a second polymeric component (62); applying ultrasonic energy (68); and thereby bonding the connecting surfaces of the first and second polymeric components (60, 62), wherein the step of securing is performed before the solvent (66) is substantially evaporated, and wherein the solvent (66) has a Ra-distance with respect to the polymeric component (60, 62) in the range of 4 MPa.sup.1/2 to 10 MPa.sup.1/2. Ideally, the solvent is a bio-based non-toxic solvent with a boiling point above 100 C., e.g. Isopropyl myristate or diethyl butanedionate.
