ANHYDROUSLY CURING POLYISOCYANATE-BASED ADHESIVES
The present invention relates to adhesives which are characterized in that they cure in the absence of water and at room temperature with the formation of isocyanurate groups.
SANDWICH ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SANDWICH ELEMENT
The invention relates to a sandwich element with a central layer (10) made of a foamed filler material, preferably plastic foam, and outer layers, wherein the outer layers are made of pressure panels (2, 3), preferably flat pressure panels, and pressure panels lying opposite each other are clamped against each other by means of clamping elements (4) which pass through the central layer (10), thereby compressing the central layer (10). The invention additionally relates to a method for producing such a sandwich element and to a support, in particular a buoyant platform, which is made of such sandwich elements, including the process of producing such a support.
Method for Forming a Multilayer PVC Sheet Material with a Foamed Carrier
The present invention relates to a method for forming a multilayer plastic sheet material for floor and/or wall panels, wherein a first polymer mass comprising a chemically foamed PVC is melted under pressure and is forced through an extruder head at a well-defined discharge rate as a plastic strand in sheet form that is provided with one or more layers so that a multilayer plastic strand is formed, which is propelled towards two or more rolls of a rolling mill, which processes the multilayer plastic strand to a sheet of a defined thickness and where one of the rolls will apply a three-dimensional structure in the top layer. This sheet will then be led away by a discharge device to a sawing device to be cut off to the desired length and width and finally, in a subsequent production step, as multilayer plank-shaped elements, will be provided with coupling parts on two opposite edges so that several of said plank-shaped elements are couplable together.
Composition for insertion auxiliary tube, insertion auxiliary tube, set of insertion auxiliary tube and endoscope, endoscope apparatus, and method for producing insertion auxiliary tube
There is provided an insertion auxiliary tube having a tubular substrate a and a layer b disposed on at least one of an inside or an outside of the tubular substrate a. The layer b includes a polymer including a polysiloxane structure. The polymer includes an acrylic acid component, an acrylic acid ester component, an acrylamide component, or a styrene component and has a particular polar group in a molecule thereof. There are also provided a composition for an insertion auxiliary tube capable of providing the insertion auxiliary tube, a set of the insertion auxiliary tube and an endoscope, an endoscope apparatus including the insertion auxiliary tube and an endoscope, and a method for producing the insertion auxiliary tube.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SLEEVED PRODUCT
A method of activating the shrink characteristic of multi-layered film (1), the method comprising the steps of providing a multi-layered film comprising at least a base layer film (2) that comprises a shrinkable film, a photothermic layer (3), associated with the base layer film, and comprising a photothermic material, exposing the multi-layered film (1) to electromagnetic radiation in order for the photothermic material to generate heat and shrink the multi-layered film (1), wherein the electromagnetic radiation comprises UV-light having a peak wavelength between 200 nm and 399 nm, and at least 90% of the UV-light is within a bandwidth of ±30 nm of the peak wavelength.
Apertured elastic film laminates
An elastic laminate is provided including at least one gathered outer facing layer of a fabric and an apertured elastic film attached thereto. The aperture film includes a series of alternating first and second segments that extend continuously along the direction of elasticity. The first segments of the film are substantially devoid of any apertures and the second segments are strewn with apertures of irregular size and shape. The regionally limited and irregular apertures are formed by the controlled rupturing of the film within those segments. The elastic laminate has excellent air-permeability and elastic properties.
HOT-MELT ADHESIVE RESIN FILM AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a hot-melt adhesive resin film having an excellent adhesive force and durability to various adherends such as metal, glass, and plastic, and a production method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a hot-melt adhesive resin film including a first surface layer, a first intermediate layer, a substrate layer having heat resistance, a second intermediate layer, and a second surface layer, which are laminated in this order, in which the first intermediate layer and the second intermediate layer include a resin which is obtained by modifying a copolymer of propylene and 1-butene with maleic acid, and a production method thereof.
Thermally laminated tab liner
Liner having an induction heat sealable layer for sealing to a rim of a container, and a pull tab for ease of removal of the liner from the container rim. An insert is disposed between multilayer upper and lower components, has a heat bondable polyolefin layer that is thermally laminated to polyolefin layers of the upper and lower components, forming a pull tab between the integrated polyolefin layers. The resulting composite resists delamination and can be formed in a single thermal lamination step, avoiding the multiple lamination steps, associated high equipment costs, and complex layer constructions of the prior art.
Luminescent glazings
A disclosed laminated automotive glazing for displaying an image comprises a first glass sheet; a first interlayer; a luminescent film having luminescent capabilities; a second interlayer; and a second glass sheet, wherein the luminescent film is reactive to an activating light wavelength, and wherein the second interlayer is transparent to the activating light wavelength and the first interlayer has a transparency at the activating light wavelength of equal to or less than 1.0%.
