There's no need to add inflammable or explosive lubricating oil, making the process highly safe; and the obtained fluorine-containing super-oleophobic microporous membrane has high waterproof, air-permeable, oil-resistant and washable performance, in line with the needs of a new generation of waterproof and air-permeable protective clothing.
MATERIALS, COMPOSITIONS, AND METHODS FOR THE FORMATION OF COMPOSITE ARTICLES
Provided herein are composite materials comprising a layup consisting of one or more surfacing sheets comingled with a carbon fiber non-woven mat. The surfacing sheet may comprise polyamide-6 and the carbon fiber non-woven mat may comprise carbon fibers that have been recycled. The surfacing sheets comprise sub-micron scale particles for reducing the thermal expansion coefficient of the surfacing sheets. The resulting layup is suitable for use in the formation of articles, particularly articles requiring a smooth finish absent of defects caused by underlying surfaces having irregular compositions or textures.
Methods of disassembling apparel products having shape memory adhesives
Embodiments provide methods of disassembling an apparel product. The methods include exposing an adhesive of the apparel product to heat or electromagnetic energy. The adhesive is disposed at least partially disposed between a major component and a minor component of the apparel product. The adhesive includes a shape memory material. The major component forms a base portion of the apparel product and is configured to be supported and worn at least partially over a portion of a wearer. The minor component forms a secondary portion configured to be coupled to the major component with the adhesive. The methods include separating the major component from the minor component adjoined by the adhesive.
Methods of disassembling apparel products having imine adhesives
Embodiments provide methods of disassembling apparel products. The methods include exposing an adhesive of the apparel product to a composition. The adhesive is disposed at least partially disposed between a major component and a minor component of the apparel product. The adhesive includes a material having an imine bond or an iminium bond. The major component forms a base portion of the apparel product and is configured to be supported and worn at least partially over a portion of a wearer. The minor component forms a secondary portion configured to be coupled to the major component via the adhesive. The methods include separating the major component from the minor component adjoined by the adhesive.
A KIND OF MULTI-LAYER ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND A PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AN AUTOMOTIVE SEAT AND AN AUTOMOBILE
An artificial leather includes a resin layer as the surface and a base fabric connected to the resin layer as the substrate. The base fabric comprises at least two monolayer structures arranged in an orderly manner as two laminates. Each monolayer structure is woven with some of the warp yarns and/or weft yarns in such layer or with some of the warp yarns and/or weft yarns in one or more other layers to form a number of connecting points, such that at least two monolayer structures arranged in an orderly manner as two laminates are connected with each other in the weaving process, forming a multi-layer integrated base fabric. The artificial leather incorporates a number of air vent holes distributed in the resin layer and the base fabric in the direction of thickness while retaining mechanical properties of tensile strength and tear resistance.
POLYAMIDE-BASED COMPOSITE FILM AND DISPLAY DEVICE COMPRISING THE SAME
The embodiments relate to a polyamide-based composite film that has excellent curl characteristics, mechanical properties, and optical properties, as well as, in particular, is effective in preventing reflection in the visible light region, remarkably reduces the rainbow phenomenon, and achieves a texture similar to that of glass, and a display device comprising the same. There are provided a polyamide-based composite film, which comprises a base film comprising a polyamide-based polymer; and a functional layer disposed on the base film, wherein the in-plane retardation (Re) measured with light having a wavelength of 550 nm is 100 nm to 220 nm, and a display device comprising the same.
Multilayer tubes
A multilayer tube is provided which includes a layer including a specific aliphatic polyamide composition and a layer including a semi-aromatic polyamide composition including a semi-aromatic polyamide with a specific structure, these layers being adjacent to each other, wherein the aliphatic polyamide composition includes an aliphatic polyamide having a specific ratio of the number of methylene groups to the number of amide groups, a polyamide having a specific difference in absolute value of solubility parameter SP from the aliphatic polyamide, and an elastomer polymer including a structural unit derived from an unsaturated compound having a carboxyl group and/or an acid anhydride group.
