Multilayer Films Containing a Slip Agent
The present disclosure provides a multilayer film containing at least three layers, including (A) a core layer containing a high density polyethylene (HDPE) having a density from 0.940 g/cc to 0.980 g/cc; and (B) skin layers on opposite sides of the core layer. Each skin layer includes (i) a propylene homopolymer; (ii) from 2,000 to 3,500 ppm of a slip agent; and (iii) from 4,000 to 10,000 ppm of an antiblock agent.
LOW REFRACTIVE LAYER AND ANTI-REFLECTIVE FILM COMPRISING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a low refractive layer and an anti-reflective film comprising the same. The low refractive layer can exhibit excellent optical properties such as a low reflectance and a high light transmittance, and excellent mechanical properties such as high wear resistance and scratch resistance at the same time. In particular, due to the excellent alkali resistance, the low refractive layer can maintain excellent physical properties even after alkali treatment. Therefore, when introducing a low refractive layer to the display device, it is expected that the production process can be simplified and further the production rate and the productivity can significantly increase.

PRIMER COMPOSITION FOR PRESSURE-SENSITIVE SILICONE ADHESIVE, AND ARTICLE
A primer composition for pressure-sensitive silicone adhesives which comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane including at least two alkenyl-containing organic groups in the molecule and having an alkenyl group content of 0.001-0.008 mol per 100 g of the organopolysiloxane, (B) an organopolysiloxane including at least two alkenyl-containing organic groups in the molecule and having an alkenyl group content of 0.15-1.3 mol per 100 g of the organopolysiloxane, (C) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least three SiH groups in the molecule but containing neither any alkoxy group nor any epoxy group, and (D) a platinum-group metal catalyst. The primer composition cures satisfactorily while sufficiently exhibiting adhesiveness to pressure-sensitive silicone adhesives. Even after having cured sufficiently, the primer composition can retain the satisfactory adhesiveness.
Curable composition
Provided is a curable composition having excellent film-formability and can be cured at low temperatures to form a cured product that has heat resistance, cracking resistance, and adhesiveness and adhesion to an adherend at excellent levels. The curable composition according to the present invention is a composition containing polyorganosilsesquioxanes (A). The polyorganosilsesquioxanes (A) include (a-1) an epoxy-containing polyorganosilsesquioxane having a weight-average molecular weight of 3000 or more, and (a-2) an epoxy-containing polyorganosilsesquioxane having a weight-average molecular weight of 2500 or less. The polyorganosilsesquioxanes (A) contain the components (a-1) and (a-2) in a total content of 50 weight percent or more of the total amount of the polyorganosilsesquioxanes (A). The polyorganosilsesquioxanes (A) have a ratio in content (weight ratio) of (a-1) to (a-2) of from 10:90 to 70:30.

The present invention relates to a multilayer construction containing a support or frame composed of a nontransparent polymer as layer c) and a transparent layer b) based on a thermoplastic polymer having a solar transmittance TDS of more than 20%, determined in accordance with ISO 13837:2008 at a layer thickness of 4 mm, and a siloxane-based protective layer a) which is applied to layer c) and layer b), wherein the siloxane layer a) is selectively postcured in selected regions by means of ultrashort-wave UV radiation, and to a method for selective surface treatment.

The present invention relates to a low refractive layer and an anti-reflective film comprising the same. COATING COMPRISING HYDROPHOBIC SILANE AND ARTICLES
Articles are described comprising a surface layer comprising at least one long hydrocarbon chain silane compound (C8-C36) bonded to a siliceous layer such as diamond-like glass. In an embodiment, the siliceous layer has a porosity of no greater than 10% and a thickness no greater than 1 micron. In another embodiment, the siliceous layer comprises 10-50 atomic percent carbon and the article further comprises an organic polymeric base member or a hardcoat layer. Also described are coating compositions comprising at least one C8-C17 hydrocarbon silane compound and at least one C18-C36 hydrosilane compound.
