According to at least one embodiment, the frame includes a support plate extending to an inside of the article body in a substantially vertical direction, the front panel is bonded to the support plate with a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive film, the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive film extends from a leading edge of the support plate to an inside of the door body, and a radius of curvature of a front side corner of the leading edge of the support plate is 0.1 to 10 mm.
Multilayer graphite sheet with excellent electromagnetic shielding capability and thermal conductivity and manufacturing method therefor
An embodiment relates to a multilayer graphite sheet with excellent electromagnetic shielding capability and thermal conductivity, and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein the multilayer graphite sheet has a multilayer structure of five or more layers in total and can be manufactured to have a thick thickness of 70 μm or more such that the electromagnetic shielding capability can be significantly improved. In addition, the multilayer graphite sheet is manufactured by graphitizing a hybrid laminate in which heterogeneous materials are mixed such that thermal conductivity and electromagnetic shielding capability can be simultaneously realized at a lower cost, thereby being useful as a thick film sheet which used in various applications such as home appliances and electric vehicles.
PRINTED OVERLAY FOR APPLIANCE CONTROL PANEL
An overlay for an appliance control panel having an outer panel with relevant indicia printed onto a back surface and a contrasting backing film applied to the back surface of the outer panel over the printed relevant indicia. The relevant indicia is printed in reverse to provide a proper display when the overlay is attached to an appliance control panel. The method for producing this durable user interface panel for an appliance having a digital control panel is also disclosed.
Nonwoven Fabric and Composite Sound-Absorbing Material Using Same as Skin Material
Provided is a nonwoven fabric and a laminated nonwoven fabric suitable as the skin material of a composite sound-absorbing material. The nonwoven fabric and laminated nonwoven fabric are easily formable, thin, and lightweight and excel in form stability, and can nevertheless be controlled within a given range of aeration after being formed into shape. A nonwoven fabric having a laminate structure in which at least one ultra-fine fiber layer (M) having an average fiber diameter of 0.3 to 7 μm (inclusive) and a basis weight of 1 g/m.sup.2 to 40 g/m.sup.2 (inclusive) and at least one continuous filament layer (S) having an average fiber diameter of 10 to 30 μm (inclusive) are integrated together by partial thermocompression bonding.
STRUCTURAL PANEL FOR AN APPLIANCE HAVING STAMPED COMPONENTS AND METHOD THEREFOR
An operable panel for an appliance includes a metallic outer wrapper having a perimetrical wrapper edge that partially defines a perimetrical breaker channel, an inner liner and a plurality of corner brackets disposed proximate the perimetrical wrapper edge. Each corner bracket cooperates with the perimetrical wrapper edge to fully define the perimetrical breaker channel. A trim breaker is adhered to the metallic outer wrapper and the corner brackets at the perimetrical breaker channel and having a liner channel that receives a portion of the inner liner. The trim breaker extends between the inner liner and the outer wrapper. An insulation material is disposed within an insulating cavity defined between the inner liner and the outer wrapper.
Structural reinforcements
A structural reinforcement for an article including a carrier (10) that includes: (i) a mass of polymeric material (12) having an outer surface; and (ii) at least one fibrous composite insert (14) or overlay (960) having an outer surface and including at least one elongated fiber arrangement (e.g., having a plurality of ordered fibers). The fibrous insert (14) or overlay (960) is envisioned to adjoin the mass of the polymeric material in a predetermined location for carrying a predetermined load that is subjected upon the predetermined location (thereby effectively providing localized reinforcement to that predetermined location). The fibrous insert (14) or overlay (960) and the mass of polymeric material (12) are of compatible materials, structures or both, for allowing the fibrous insert or overlay to be at least partially joined to the mass of the polymeric material. Disposed upon at least a portion of the carrier (10) may be a mass of activatable material (126). The fibrous insert (14) or overlay (960) may include a polymeric matrix.
Translucent fibre composite materials comprising chemically modified polymers
The present invention relates to a fibre composite material W of increased translucency and/or mechanical strength, comprising a copolymer C encompassing monomers A-1, where A-1 form covalent bonds with functional groups B-1 on the surface of fibres B embedded in the fibre composite material W, and this fibre composite material W has greater translucency and/or mechanical strength than a fibre composite material Win which the copolymer C contains no A-1. The present invention further embraces a method for producing a fibre composite material W of increased translucency and/or mechanical strength.
Composite material steel sheet
A composite material steel sheet comprises: at least one steel sheet, and a resin-impregnated paper composite layer, wherein the resin-impregnated paper composite layer may comprise stacked sheets of paper, and impregnated resin provide adhesion between the sheets of paper in contact with each other.
Hard coat laminated film
According to at least one embodiment, there is provided a hard coat laminated film, including, from a surface layer side, a second hard coat, a first hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer, where the first hard coat and the transparent resin film layer are laminated directly, where the first hard coat is formed of a coating material including: (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; and (B) 1 to 100 parts by mass of an N-substituted (meth)acrylamide compound, where the second hard coat is formed of a coating material containing no inorganic particles, and where the transparent resin film is a transparent multilayer film or a transparent monolayer film made of a poly(meth)acrylimide resin, where the transparent multilayer film includes a surface layer made of a poly(meth)acrylimide resin, the first hard coat being formed on the surface layer.
