The upper outer skin layer includes a polyolefin polymer as the predominant component, by weight, thereof and is capable of receiving printed indicia thereon. The core layer includes a polyolefin polymer as the predominant component, by weight, of the core layer; preferably a high crystallinity polypropylene homopolymer. The lower outer skin layer includes a polyolefin polymer as the predominant component by weight therein; the improvement wherein the lower outer skin layer includes a blend of organic and inorganic antiblocking agents or a blend of inorganic antiblocking agents; the blend including less than 10%, by weight, of the lower outer skin layer.

A cover plate (3) is disposed at upper parts of the ink bags (2). The thickness of the bottom plate (1) is 0.2 to 2.0 mm. The depths of the ink bags (2) on the bottom plate (1) are 0.019 to 1.99 mm, The cover plate (3) adopts a plastic film cover plate, the thickness of the cover plate (3) being greater than 0.0001 mm. After the cover plate (3) of the anti-counterfeit label is destroyed, partial or integral information about the label will disappear within a period of time, thereby resolving the problems of high anti-counterfeit cost and complicated query means, and effectively preventing counterfeiters from counterfeiting in batches by using second-hand product packing.

The security impression can provide a visible or tactile security feature that can be recognized by one with little or no training. Self-Laminating Rotating Cable Marker with Breakaway Portion

A self-laminating rotating cable marker label is constructed of a transparent film having a first adhesive area, an adhesive-free smooth area, and a second adhesive area. A print-on area forms one side of the transparent film, the print-on area adapted to receive indicia identifying the cable about which the marker label is applied. A perforation extends across the transparent film providing a line of separation of the transparent film. When wrapped around a cable, the second adhesive area overlies the print-on area such that the cable identifying indicia is visible through the transparent second adhesive area. As the transparent film is wrapped around the cable, the first adhesive area adheres to the cable. The remainder of the transparent film is rotated, breaking the perforation, whereby the smooth area of the film in contact with the cable provides smooth rotation of the label around the cable.

According to an embodiment the face film is at least uniaxially oriented and comprises at least one of the polyolefins: cyclic olefin copolymer, propylene terpolymer, propylene random copolymer, propylene homopolymer, heterophasic polypropylene and linear low density polyethylene. The face film has density between 0.85 and 0.94 g/cm.sup.3 at room temperature (23±2° C.). Further the invention relates to a labelled item comprising the wash-off label.

One or more adhesive regions, such as an adhesive layer, adhesive dots, adhesive strips, etc., bond the at least partially transparent carrier layer to the labeling region in portions or over the entire surface. The adhesive region and the labeling region are arranged on the same side of the at least partially transparent carrier layer.
