The present invention relates to a mono or multi-layer polyester film, a process for producing the mono or multi-layer polyester film, an article comprising the mono or multi-layer polyester film as well as the use of the mono or multi-layer polyester film packaging products, insulating materials, solar, marine or aviation applications, science, electronic or acoustic applications, wires, cables, radio frequency identifications, flexible circuits, graphic arts, stone paper, holograms, filter products, cosmetic products, household products imaging, recording media, or industrial products.
Hygienic thin-leaf paper
A hygienic thin-leaf paper includes a first sheet (10) including first embossed regions (30) in each of which first embossed protrusions (31) and first non-embossed protrusions (32) are included, the first sheet including first non-embossed regions (50) in each of which a first embossed protrusion (31) and a first non-embossed protrusion (32) are not included; and a second sheet (20) including second embossed regions (40) in each of which second embossed protrusions (41) and second non-embossed protrusions (42) are included, the second sheet including second non-embossed regions (60) in each of which a second embossed protrusion (41) and a second non-embossed protrusion (42) are not included. The first sheet (10) and the second sheet (20) are integrally laminated, the first embossed protrusions (31) include multiple first dotted embossed protrusions (31A) and multiple first linear embossed protrusions (31B), and the second embossed protrusions (41) include multiple second dotted embossed protrusions (41A) and multiple second linear embossed protrusions (41B). Each first non-embossed region (50) faces a given second linear embossed protrusion (41B), and each second non-embossed region (60) faces a given first linear embossed protrusion (31B).
Process for manufacturing a non-opaque layer for a multilayer structure comprising a window, and a multilayer with such a non-opaque layer
A process includes providing a first layer, which is made of a non-opaque plastic material having an initial thickness, covering an area of the first layer with a patterned plate, pressing the patterned plate against a first surface of the first layer so as to form first and second regions thereon, with the second region being thicker than the first region, and removing the patterned plate from the first surface. The patterned plate comprises a cavity having a size of that corresponds to a window.
2-ply printer tape
A printable 2-PLY security tape includes a first tape PLY label stock. A first substrate has a printable outer surface as a first outer PLY surface. A first inner PLY surface includes at least one first release area disposed on an inside surface of the first substrate, and at least one first adhesive area is disposed on the inside surface of the first substrate. A second tape PLY security tape includes a second substrate outer surface as a second outer PLY surface. A second inner PLY surface includes at least one second release area disposed on an inner surface of the second substrate, and at least one second adhesive area disposed on the inner surface of the second substrate. The second adhesive area is in contact with the first release area and the first adhesive area in a contact with the second release area, to form a 2-PLY composite tape.
BIODEGRADABLE LAMINATED COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND METHOD OF USE
A laminated composite material includes a plastic layer, an adhesive layer, and a permeable layer. The adhesive layer includes an additive applied to a surface of the plastic layer. The additive is configured to initiate the biodegrading of the plastic material. The permeable layer is configured to cover a portion of the adhesive layer to selectively regulate exposure of the adhesive layer to moisture which acts to initiate the additive.
