SKIN MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SKIN MATERIAL
A skin material containing, in the following order: a base fabric that is configured to contain fibers having a synthetic resin coating layer, wherein fibers adjacent to each other in the base fabric are at least partially fused with each other; and an adhesive layer and a skin layer, which are provided at a surface of at least one side of the base fabric in this order from the base fabric, the skin material having a plurality of ventilation holes passing through the skin material in a thickness direction.
Supporting cushion apparatus and child safety car seat therewith
The present application discloses a fireproof buffering structure which includes a buffering plate and a fireproof plate attached thereto. A combustion rate of the fireproof plate is lower than that of the buffering plate. In contrast to conventional buffering structures, the fireproof buffering structure adopts the combined buffering plate and fireproof plate. The buffering plate has good impact absorbing capacity for providing a soft and comfortable seating environment and buffering and protection effects during a crash accident, and the fireproof plate can reduce the combustion rate of the integral structure when catching fire. Therefore, the fireproof buffering structure achieves the purposes of safety and comfort. The present application further discloses a supporting cushion apparatus which includes a covering member and the aforementioned fireproof buffering structure accommodated therein. The present application further discloses a child safety car seat which includes the aforementioned fireproof buffering structure and the aforementioned supporting cushion apparatus.
Method for fabricating a spacer fabric composite having a pattern
The invention provides a method for fabricating a spacer fabric composite having a pattern, fabricating machine and composite fabricated by method thereof. The method comprises a film forming step, a patterning step, a laminating step and a hole opening step.
Waste Pad
A waste collection apparatus having an absorbent pad having opposing outermost layers, comprising a permeable layer and an opposing substantially leak proof layer; the absorbent pad comprising at least one innermost layer of waste absorbing material sandwiched and completely enclosed between the opposing outermost layers and completely filling a volume therebetween extending to the outer peripheral border, which has an interior passageway, a draw tape therein, and a plurality of outside cut off corners having adjacent interior passageway openings; the draw tape having a length greater than that of the outer peripheral border; the draw tape routed through the adjacent interior passageway openings exposing the draw tape at the outside cut off corners; the waste collection apparatus forming a bag, when the draw tape is pulled taut.
DISPOSABLE PROTECTION SHEET
A multi-layered disposable protection sheet includes an upper portion and a lower portion including an upper absorbent layer, a middle soaker layer and a lower waterproof backing layer, the lower portion further including a cutout that when lifted, provides an opening to enable compatibility with a child safety belt system.
Simulated figure panels
One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for creating panels to simulate the real light tracing ability of wood fibers, and the light refractive properties of real wood figure. High light refractive man-made fibers can be molded into 3D figured panels which may then be filled with clear resin to magnify and to duplicate the light refractivity of wood figure. A protective backing material can be applied to the rear of the molded fiber panel, to provide a flat surface, and/or for adherence purposes. Rather, the 3D figured panels may also be machined into flat fiber panels to reveal a visual 3D surface that simulates the light refractivity of wood figure.
METHOD FOR BIOFABRICATING COMPOSITE MATERIAL
The invention is directed to a method for producing a composite material comprising a biofabricated material and a secondary component. The secondary component may be a porous material, such as a sheet of paper, cellulose, or fabric that has been coated or otherwise contacted with the biofabricated material. The biofabricated material comprises a uniform network of crosslinked collagen fibrils and provides strength, elasticity and an aesthetic appearance to the composite material.
CUSHION OR PILLOW HAVING EMBOSSING AND/OR DEBOSSING ELEMENTS, APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND A METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates generally to a pillow or cushion having embossing and/or debossing elements, apparatus, system, and a method thereof. More particularly, the invention encompasses an apparatus and a method to create fabric cushion or pillow that can have embossing or debossing or a combination of embossing and debossing on them. The invention further comprises of embossed and/or debossed cushion or pillow, with or without cushion filler or insert. These inventive cushion or pillow can be used for both indoor and outdoor purposes. The cushion or pillow sizes can be standard sizes, but they can also be custom sized for any measurement. Embossing and/or debossing are the processes of creating either raised or recessed relief, image, or design in emboss-able/deboss-able materials. For example, an embossed pattern would be raised against a background, while a debossed pattern would be sunken into the surface of the material.
Fabrication process for garments and other fabric products
Fabrication processes are provided for a fabric product that provide a continuous moisture and/or thermal barrier around the fabric product, eliminating moisture and thermal leakage through seams and other stitching perforations, and creating an equal barrier quality throughout the structure of the fabric product. A fabric product is also provided.
SPACER FABRIC WITH WARP KNIT LAYER, COMPOSITE MATERIAL, AND A TRIM COVER
According to one or more embodiments, a three-dimensional spacer fabric comprises a first knit layer, a second knit layer and monofilament spacer yarns extending between and connecting the first and second knit layers. The first knit layer comprises pillar stitches and lay in stitches working together to form the first knit layer and the second knit layer comprising a mesh fabric formed of a mirrored stitch formation. The spacer fabric has a compression force deflection, as measured by ISO3386-1, in the machine direction (MD) of 10 to 15 kPa. The spacer fabric can be secured to a trim material to form a trim cover.
