METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MICROSCOPIC STRUCTURAL BODY
A method of manufacturing a microstructure. While pressing a first pattern of a first mold against a first transferred resin layer obtained by applying a first photocurable resin composition on a transparent base having a light shielding pattern, a first cured resin layer with the first pattern transferred thereto is formed by irradiating the first transferred resin layer with an activation energy line through the first mold; While pressing a second pattern of a second mold against a second transferred resin layer obtained by applying a second photocurable resin composition on the first cured resin layer, a second cured resin layer is formed having a level difference shape including a lower level area and a higher level area by irradiating the second transferred resin layer with an activation energy line using the light shielding pattern as a mask to cure the second transferred resin layer in a partial region.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THERMOPLASTIC SYNTHETIC RESIN EMBLEM WITH INDIVIDUAL INFORMATION DATE
A method for manufacturing emblems that can be mass-produced while being able to identify individual people, characterized in being configured so that the upper surface of an intermediate layer material is made visible by: placing the intermediate layer material on a lower layer material and a thermoplastic synthetic resin film upper layer material on said intermediate layer material, pressing the upper layer material, intermediate layer material and lower material with an engraving die that has a thermal cutting blade that follows the emblem countour line and performing induction heating by transmitting a high frequency to form a design on the upper layer material, removing unneccesary sections and creating an intermediate decorative piece, fitting said intermediate decorative piece in a jig and setting same in a laser engraver, and perfoming laser engraving using said individual information data and removing portions of the upper layer material according to the individual information data.

Automatic painting on pliable items
Aspects relate to systems and methods for dispensing paint uniformly on pliable items. The system comprises at least one paint application device having at least one nozzle, at least one infrared heating unit, and a conveyance mechanism. Other aspects of the system will also comprise a mask exchanger, a mask cleaner, and/or at least one base jig. The base jig retains a masked pliable item having exposed and covered portions. The base jig moves on a conveyance mechanism through a series of paint application devices and infrared heating units. Each paint application device dispenses a thin layer of paint on the exposed portions of the masked pliable item and each infrared heating unit heats the thin layer of paint to create a solid base for a next layer of paint.
Surface modifier for polyimide resin and surface-modifying method for polyimide resin
The present invention relates to a polyimide resin surface modifier which modifies the surface of a polyimide resin to permit easy absorption of metal ions, and a surface-modifying method for polyimide resins using the same. The surface modifier contains an alkali component, an organic solvent having hydroxy groups and a boiling point of 120 C. or higher, and a water content of 0-10% by weight. The surface-modifying method includes a printing process wherein a predetermined pattern is printed on the surface of a polyimide resin substrate using the polyimide resin surface modifier, an organic solvent-removing process wherein an organic solvent in the polyimide resin surface modifier pattern-printed on the surface of said polyimide resin substrate is removed and a water-treatment process wherein said polyimide resin surface modifier after removing the organic solvent is brought into contact with water.

GARMENT WITH REWRITABLE AREAS
A garment having an outer surface not designed for writing has at least one rewritable area comprising a layer of rewritable material deposited directly onto a selected region of the outer surface. One or more permanent artworks may be deposited onto the garment prior to deposit of the rewritable layer, which may be contiguous or non-contiguous. A stencil is provided for allowing a user to write on rewritable areas while protecting adjacent areas of the garment. In one method for forming the rewritable area, a first portion of a permanent artwork and a second portion of the permanent artwork are successively deposited on the garment, followed by curing the permanent artwork and depositing a rewritable area on the garment.
