LIQUID ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHY PRINTING ON FABRICS
A liquid electrophotographic (LEP) printing device that includes a photo-imaging plate (PIP) to receive a liquid printing fluid, the liquid printing fluid including a pigment incorporated into a resin, a charge conductor, and a carrier liquid, and a transfer roller to transfer the liquid printing fluid from the PIP to a fabric substrate while wet.
PRINTING PADS AND PRINT PAD MACHINES
A printing pad machine that can print a 360 degree image on a cylindrical object. That objective is achieved by modifying a conventional printing pad machine having a support member—interconnected to an overhead gantry—and an adjustable and moveable actuator system and power source.
Article for use with apparatus for heating smokable material
Disclosed is an article for use with apparatus for heating smokable material to volatilize at least one component of the smokable material. The article includes smokable material, and a film defining a closed circuit (10a-10f) of heating material. The heating material is heatable by penetration with a varying magnetic field to heat the smokable material. Also disclosed is apparatus for heating smokable material to volatilize at least one component of the smokable material. The apparatus includes a magnetic field generator for generating a varying magnetic field for use in heating the smokable material. The magnetic field generator includes a film defining a coil of electrically conductive material, and a device for passing a varying electrical current through the coil.
Systems and methods for fabricating tote bags
In one method, a piece of nonwoven PET or PP fabric is formed into a tote bag using a bag forming device. Seams of the tote bag are ultrasonically welded using an ultrasonic bag welding device. The ultrasonic bag welding device includes at least one sonotrode. In another method, BOPP film is received and a full-color graphic is printed on the BOPP film for each tote bag using a printer. The printed BOPP film is received from the printer and nonwoven PP or PET fabric is received from a roll of nonwoven PP or PET fabric using a laminator. The printed BOPP film is laminated to the nonwoven PP or PET fabric. The printed BOPP film laminated to nonwoven PP or PET fabric is received from the laminator and a finished version of each tote bag is produced using an ultrasonic bag welding device.
COVER WINDOW AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A method of manufacturing a cover window includes: providing first ink to a printing plate, transferring the first ink to a first pad including a pad central area including a central portion of a bottom surface and a pad peripheral area surrounding the pad central area and including a pad groove, and transferring the first ink to a cover window substrate from the first pad, where the transferring of the first ink to the first pad includes transferring the first ink to the pad peripheral area.
Platen with hinged side walls for improved hooping
A platen and hoop configured to securely hold a garment in place on a platen. The platen and hoop can be used for automated printing of graphics, such as by direct to garment printing (DTG). The hoop has downward extending hoop sidewalls that can surround the platen structure when the hoop is fitted onto the platen. The platen has platen sidewalls that are hinged to a base of the platen, and which rotate upward to hold a fabric workpiece against the hoop sidewalls to securely hold the fabric workpiece during printing. The platen sidewalls can be formed with inward protruding tabs or feet located at their base, and which cause the platen sidewalls to rotate upward when engaged by the hoop sidewalls.
Beer barrel printing equipment
The present invention discloses beer barrel printing equipment, including a stand, a first matrix and a second matrix, a locating component, a first beer barrel printing device, and a second beer barrel printing device; a plurality of first matrix mounting positions and second matrix mounting positions are respectively arranged on the first beer barrel printing device and the second beer barrel printing device; the first beer barrel printing device and the second beer barrel printing device respectively control one of the first matrix mounting positions and one of the second matrix mounting positions to move; in a state that the locating member of the locating component is inserted into a tooth slot of the locating gear, the first beer barrel printing device is unable to control the first matrix mounting positions to move and/or the second printing device is unable to control the second matrix mounting positions to move.
Device for printing two-dimensional code identifiers in intelligent manufacturing system
A device for printing two-dimensional code identifiers in an intelligent manufacturing system is composed of a clamping and positioning part and a two-dimensional code printing part. The invention can meet the demand for printing two-dimensional code identifiers in an intelligent manufacturing system, and has ideal effects and high efficiency. The operation is safe and reliable, with high degree of automation, and is especially suitable for mass production on the production line.
Printing pallet for articles of clothing
Disclosed is a pallet for printing on an article of clothing. The pallet includes a mount plate including a first end and a second end and a top plate including a first end and a second end. The second end of the top plate located at the second end of the mount plate. A gap is between the top plate and the mount plate. A collar plate is located on the first end of the mount plate. The first end of the mount plate extends beyond the first end of the top plate to define a space between the top plate and the collar plate.
Can body decorator having a mandrel pre-spin assembly and infeed improvements
An over-varnish unit and mandrel pre-spin system for a can decorator, especially for beverage can bodies, can have a mandrel pre-spin belt that is outside of the over-varnish unit housing. The position of the can infeed on the mandrel wheel and the print point is controlled.
