PROCESSED MEDIUM MANUFACTURING METHOD, DATA GENERATION METHOD, COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM, AND STRUCTURE MANUFACTURING METHOD
A structure manufacturing method manufactures a structure including an expansion layer M2 by expanding the expansion layer M2 that is included in a print medium M and expands by heating. An electromagnetic wave-heat conversion material is formed on a first surface of the print medium M in density corresponding to a shape of a structure C0 to be manufactured. Here, either the material is formed in lower density than density of the material in a first part of the expansion layer M2 to be expanded to a first height H1 and density of the material in a second part of the expansion layer M2 to be expanded to a second height H2 or the material is not formed, in a boundary region A0 which is the first surface in a boundary part between the first part and the second part. The print medium M is then irradiated with electromagnetic waves.
ULTRA-CONFORMAL MICROPRINT AND ULTRA-CONFORMAL MICROPRINT TRANSFERRING
A process for making an ultra-conformal microprint by ultra-conformal microprint transferring includes: disposing a transfer moiety arranged in a microstructure on a transfer substrate; disposing a glassy transfer layer on the transfer moiety; forming a glassy composite; removing the glassy composite from the transfer substrate while maintaining the microstructure of the transfer moiety in the glassy transfer layer; disposing the glassy composite on a microprint substrate; ultra-conformally covering the microprint substrate with the glassy composite by heating the glassy composite so that it flows while maintaining the microstructure of the transfer moiety in the glassy transfer layer so that the microstructure is disposed on the microprint substrate; and removing the glassy transfer layer while leaving the transfer moiety disposed in the microstructure on the microprint substrate to form the ultra-conformal microprint including the transfer moiety arranged in the microstructure on the microprint substrate.

LASER ABLATION/REMOVAL AND LASER INDUCED FORWARD TRANSFER OF BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL
A method for cell printing is disclosed. The method includes generating a receiver substrate, ablating or removing a portion of the receiver substrate via a first laser to expose a target layer, generating a donor substrate containing a back surface and a front surface, applying a coating of donor material to the front surface. The method further includes aligning the front surface of the donor substrate to be parallel to and facing the receiver substrate, wherein the donor material is disposed adjacent to the target layer, and irradiating the coating through the back surface of the donor substrate with one or more laser pulses produced by a second laser to transfer a portion of the donor material to the target layer. A system for cell printing is also disclosed.
Display device
Provided are a display device and a method of manufacturing a display device. The display device includes a window; a decorative print pattern disposed on the window; a shielding layer disposed on the decorative print pattern; a transparent printing layer disposed on the shielding layer; and an infrared printing layer disposed on the transparent printing layer and not in contact with the decorative print pattern, wherein the decorative print pattern and the shielding layer include a first opening exposing the window and the transparent printing layer and the infrared printing layer overlap the first opening.
PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING DECORATIVE MULTILAYER COATINGS METHOD OF USE THEREOF
A process for optimizing the manufacture of decorative multilayer coatings for attachment to surfaces, including using a roll-to-roll printer to print a decorative layer on a surface of a film layer, wherein the decorative layer includes cutting lines and a first indication, using a curable roller coater to coat a layer on the surface above the print layer, using a laminator to laminate a mask over the print layer, using a cutter to cut the print layer into a cut print, and entering the cut print layer into a line printer to read the first indication and print a second indication on the cut print.
