An image display comprising a substantially rigid support structure including a rectangular central sheet, four side strips and four back strips can be provided. An image can be provided on at least the front of the central sheet. The side strips can extend alongside respective edges of the central sheet and be adjoined to form four corners. The back strips can extend along respective side strips and be adjoined at respective corners for forming the assembled support structure. A mechanical securement device can be connected to adjoined back strips at each corner for rigidly securing the adjoined back strips together and for retaining the side and back strips in an assembled position.

A capacitive touch device is described. The device comprises a substrate and a plurality of co-planar capacitive touch switches and conductive tracks connected to the capacitive touch switches disposed directly on a face of the substrate. The capacitive touch switches include first and second capacitive touch switches which are adjacent, separated by a channel and which are electrically isolated from each other. The capacitive touch switches include third and fourth capacitive touch switches which are electrically isolated from the first and second capacitive touch switches, but which are electrically connected to each other by a conductive track which runs through the channel.

A method for providing a stack of book covers for production of finished books includes supplying a task stack of book covers having identical cover formats and stacked one above another in an unknown or known sequence. Each book cover in the task stack includes an identifier comprising cover information. The book covers are separated out and conveyed from the task stack as separate book covers in a sequence that does not change until a completion signal is transmitted. The separated out book covers are counted, an identifier on each separated out book cover is detected, and cover information is read out of the respective identifier stored. The separated out book covers are deposited on top of one another in the sequence in which they were separated out for forming a detected stack. An identifier is stored that identifies the detected stack together with the temporarily stored cover information.

An ICD-10 paper coding system includes a first paper with a first table and a plurality of first cells which include clinical diagnostic terms. A second paper is attached to the first paper which has a corresponding second table with a plurality of second cells. The second cells contain terms corresponding to ICD-10 codes which relate to clinical diagnostic terms in the respective corresponding first cells. The tables have the same alignment such that when the first paper is placed over and aligned with the second paper, the first cells align with their corresponding second cells. The second paper can be carbon paper, such that when a clinical diagnostic term is marked on the first page, a reciprocal mark appears on a corresponding ICD-10 code on the second page.

A method of folding a sheet of paper. The method includes folding a strip of paper about in half to form a first folded strip. The method also includes folding the first folded strip about a point that is about two-thirds a length of the first folded strip to form a second folded strip including an exposed portion that is about a third the length of the first folded strip. A form having one or more blank detachable wristbands may include a printable face ply capable of accepting printed indicia and a liner ply where the face ply is die cut to form one or more blank detachable wristbands having first and second ends. The printable face ply may be sufficiently soft at hand to remain attached for several days without causing chaffing. The face ply may be adhered to the liner ply by a pressure sensitive adhesive on at least a portion a bottom surface. The pressure sensitive adhesive may be on the face ply around a periphery of one or more wristbands. Means to secure the wristband to the wrist of a patient may be located adjacent the first and second ends of the wristband and each of said first and second ends of each of the wristbands may include tamper evident indicia.
