Method and device for providing attachment points for a folder
A device for providing attachment points for a folder has a layer of material with an inside surface and an outside surface. The inside surface folds onto itself to form a doubled layer having a folded edge and a cut out section. A supporting segment at or near the folded edge closes the cut out section into an aperture for receiving a closing mechanism of a binder. The device is adhered to the inside of a folder at the folder openings arranged to receive the binder's closing mechanism. When the reinforced folded folder is mounted into a binder, both sides of the folded folder press against the attachment device to contain the attachment device in the folder, and the supporting segment presses against the closing mechanism to contain the folder in the binder.
Notebook binding system
A notebook binding system that includes a plurality of sheets and a plurality of ring fastening members. Each sheet of said plurality of sheets includes an edge and a plurality of first openings spaced apart along the edge. Each first opening of the plurality of first openings includes a cap portion and a stem portion between the cap portion and the edge. The plurality of sheets is arranged in a stack such that each first opening of every plurality of first openings is substantially aligned with another first opening of another plurality of first openings. Each ring fastening member of the plurality of ring fastening member is insertable into the first openings of the plurality of sheets to retain the sheets in the stack.
Sheet item with non-circular holes
A sheet system including a sheet having an edge and at least one generally triangular hole positioned adjacent to but spaced apart from the edge. A side of the triangle is oriented generally parallel with the edge of the sheet.
Key organization apparatus and method of use
An apparatus and method for the organization of keys using sheets of thin, durable material that have storage pockets for keys and labels with key identification information. The key organization apparatus organizes keys in one physical place by labeling pockets for keys and is easily transportable and stored. The key organization apparatus greatly eases the transition of transferring a set of keys from one person to another, such as a buyer and seller of a house or business.
Sheet processing apparatus and image forming apparatus
A staple-less binding unit including a pair of upper and lower teeth binds a sheet bundle which is discharged to an intermediate processing tray by a sheet discharge portion and whose one edge abuts against a rear edge stopper. A control portion switches a binding mode of the staple-less binding unit that implements the binding process on the sheet bundle in a first binding mode of binding the sheet bundle without any staple such that the pair of upper and lower teeth bite across an edge of the sheet bundle and in a second binding mode of binding the sheet bundle without any staple such that the pair of upper and lower teeth do not bite across any edge of the sheet bundle.
Paper binding device
A paper binding device is configured to hold a plurality of paper sheets together utilizing aligned holes formed in each of the plurality of sheets. A plurality of bendable extensions extend from at least one flat first surface of a first elongated part. Each of the plurality of bendable extensions includes two cylindrically-shaped posts disposed adjacent to one another and separated by a gap. A plurality of bridges connect the two cylindrically-shaped posts along the gap. A second part includes a plurality of through apertures which are disposed from at least one flat second surface through to an opposite surface. A plurality of elongated channels are openly formed in the opposite surface. The plurality of bendable extensions are fitted through the plurality of through apertures and are configured to be manipulated by a user to bend and lock into the plurality of elongated channels.
SHEET ITEM WITH NON-CIRCULAR HOLES
A sheet system including a sheet having an edge and at least one generally triangular hole positioned adjacent to but spaced apart from the edge. A side of the triangle is oriented generally parallel with the edge of the sheet.
Paper-made staple and paper-made staple assembly
A paper-made staple binds a sheet bundle subjected to folding processing by a folding blade and a folding roller. The paper-made staple includes a pair of leg portions inserted into the sheet bundle and then bent inward; and a connection portion that connects the leg portions in a staple longitudinal direction. The connection portion has, at an edge portion thereof, a cut in a direction crossing the longitudinal direction so as to correspond to a predetermined folding position of the sheet bundle for the purpose of facilitating the folding of the connection portion, and the cut is formed inward from the edge portion so as to have a substantially triangular shape and is provided on both edge portions of the connection portion of the paper-made staple.
Extended dividers
A divider assembly is shown and described herein. A divider assembly for dividing a stack of sheets, the divider assembly may include a sleeve having a first edge and an opposite second edge. A label display element inserted into the sleeve having at least one label indicia generally aligned along the first edge of the sleeve. At least one divider may include a first edge and an opposite second edge and a tab extending from the first edge. The tab may be extend beyond the first edge of the sleeve such that a user may view the at least one label indicia at a position adjacent and inward relative to the tabs.
Binding member, binding apparatus, and image processing system
A binding member is provided and includes: upper teeth having a tooth form configured to form a convex-concave portion on a recording material bundle; and lower teeth having a tooth form configured to form the convex-concave portion on the recording material bundle, and paired with the upper teeth. At least one of the upper teeth and the lower teeth includes: a first tooth row having a first tooth form having a first shape suitable for binding a first binding number of sheets; and a second tooth row having a second tooth form having a second shape suitable for binding a second binding number of sheets which is smaller than the first binding number of sheets.
