Systems and methods for providing security, integrity, binding, maneuverability, and labeling for a plurality of papers, and for covering, protecting, and concealing the recording, viewing, or using personal, private, and nonpublic information on the page. The system includes an un-releasable locking binding device and tamper-evident binding device configured to connect, secure, and papers, which can substantially rotate 360 degrees, fold back upon itself, lie flat when open, and deter and prevent removal and insertion of pages, be tamper evident, and covering devices releasably positioned to cover personal, private, or nonpublic information located on the page. The bound plurality of papers can include an identification label and can be configured as a secure Notary journal notebook having all NonPublic Personal Information (NPPI) fields for a single record on the left or right page and an acronym list.

A ringed binder with moveable platforms is disclosed. A notebook with replaceable sections comprises a cover having a front portion, a rear portion, and a spine portion joining the front portion and the rear portion. There is a connector member extending along the spine portion of the cover. A plurality of longitudinally extending recesses is formed in the connector member. The notebook further includes a plurality of paper sections. Each of the paper sections being bound together at one end by an elongate connector. Each of the longitudinally extending recesses receives the elongate connector of one of the paper sections to releasably attach one of the paper sections to the cover.

Raised alignment tabs and female receptacles on the ceiling plate and motor bracket for easily aligning the bracket to the ceiling plate, along with captive fasteners to attach the motor bracket to the ceiling plate. The alignment tabs allow the installer to position the bracket to the plate by sliding the bracket against the plate so that captive fasteners on the bracket adjacent to the alignment tabs are aligned with fastener holes on the plate. Finally, the installer can easily screw the captive fasteners into the holes for an easy to install, secure and wobble free installation between the motor bracket and the ceiling plate.

A device for accommodating punched sheets, in particular loose sheets of paper, and a folder, in particular a binder, having such a device is provided. The device comprises a base plate, at least two retainer bracket pairs designed to be openable and closable, each of which having a first bracket and a second bracket, wherein the at least two first brackets are connected to each other by a bracket connector that is connected to the base plate so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation that runs parallel to the base plate, and is connected to a pivot lever. The device further comprises a carriage that is displaceably mounted on the base plate, wherein the carriage has a link that guides the pivot lever and is designed such that, when the carriage is displaced, the link determines a rotational movement of the pivot lever about the axis of rotation, which is parallel to the base plate, in both directions of rotation.
