TAB STRIP SEGMENTS, PLURALITIES OF INTERCONNECTED TABS, FASTENING DEVICES THAT UTILIZE THE SAME, AND METHODS OF FORMING THE SAME
Tab strip segments, pluralities of interconnected tabs, fastening devices that utilize the same, and methods of forming the same. The tab strip segments include a plurality of interconnected central tabs, an interconnected leading tab, an interconnected trailing tab, and a plurality of tab attachment structures. The interconnected leading tab defines a first portion of a strip interlock structure. The interconnected trailing tab defines a second portion of the strip interlock structure. The first portion of the strip interlock structure and the second portion of the strip interlock structure of separate tab strip segments are configured to overlap and interlock with one another to define a tab strip. The methods include providing a plurality of tab strip segments and interlocking the plurality of tab strip segments, via corresponding first and second portions of the strip interlock structure to form the plurality of interconnected tabs.
File folder hanging rods and related methods
File folder hanging rods and related methods are disclosed. An example hanging rod to hang a file folder includes a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and outer flanges extending between the first end and the second end. The example hanging rod includes a middle portion between and protruding from the outer flanges. The middle portion has an M-shaped cross-section to increase a rigidity of the hanging rod. The example hanging rod includes a first notch adjacent the first end and a second notch adjacent the second end that enable the hanging rod to hang from the support structure.
Folder pocket divider and method of construction
Installable and removable inserts for pocket folders and their method of manufacturer are shown and described. A pocket device for papers or the like includes a major panel and a pocket panel attached to the inner surface of the major panel to define a pocket between the major panel and the pocket panel. The pocket panel has a secured edge along which the pocket panel is attached to the major panel. The pocket panel also has a free edge along which the pocket panel is unattached to the major panel so that the free edge is moveable away from the major panel to allow one or more papers to be inserted into the pocket. The free edge of the pocket panel is disposed next to the secured edge and extends transversely of the secured edge. The pocket panel has a stress relief area for reducing and minimizing tearing of the pocket panel. The stress relief area located along the free edge proximate to the secured edge.
