PRESSURE REGULATING DEVICE FOR WRITING TOOL AND WRITING TOOL HAVING THE SAME
20190143739 · 2019-05-16 ·

A pressure regulating device for a writing tool has a deformable member. Minor air pressure variations in a pen tube of the writing tool can be regulated by deformation of the deformable member. Major air pressure variations in the pen tube can also be regulated by movement of the pressure regulating device. Thus, the pen tube of the writing tool can avoid internal air pressure imbalance caused by external high temperature or low air pressure. Before the writing tool is shipped from a manufacturer, the deformable member is pressurized in advance, such that the minor air pressure variation formed when a pen cap caps the writing tool offsets the air pressure pre-applied to the deformable member. Accordingly, ink inside an internal chamber does not spout out upon removal of the pen cap and the ink will not be overly dispensed or leak during writing.

Writing Tool
20190084340 · 2019-03-21 ·

A writing tool has a pen tube, a capillary unit, and a dispensing unit. The capillary unit is mounted in the pen tube, and is connected to a nib. The dispensing unit is mounted in the pen tube, and has a communicating tube and a pressing segment connected to the communicating tube. The pressing segment has at least one connecting arm connected to the communicating tube. A dispensing interval is formed between the communicating tube and a periphery of the pressing segment. The communicating tube contacts the capillary unit to make the capillary unit form different compression densities via the pressing segment and the dispensing interval, thus facilitating dispensing ink downward easily through the dispensing interval and providing a better occlusion effect to further avoid ink leakage.

Enclosure apparatus for dispensing container
10232661 · 2019-03-19 ·

An enclosure apparatus is adopted to a dispensing container having a dispensing side such as but not limited to maker or a candy container. The enclosure apparatus comprises a cap, a lid, and a tubular sleeve having a first end and a second end. The lid is attached to the cap by a hinge and rotatable around the hinge to be in open position or close position. The tubular sleeve is coaxially disposed inside the cap, wherein the cap is relatively slidable along the tubular sleeve. The enclosure apparatus encloses the dispensing side of the dispensing container inside the cap when the cap slides toward the first end of the tubular sleeve and causes the lid in the close position, wherein the dispensing side extends outside the cap when the cap slides toward the second end of the tubular sleeve and causes the lid in the open position.

Color linker

A free-ink writing instrument mat include a nib drying delay component to prevent drying out of the end of the nib of the writing instrument that is located in the writing ink tank thereof. The nib drying delay component is locally arranged around the end of the nib in a liquid tight manner and configured to locally retain ink therein so as to keep the nib end in contact with locally retained ink.

Sintered and Porous Articles Having Improved Flexural Strength

Polymer compositions containing polyethylene particles having a multi-modal molecular weight distribution are disclosed. The polymer compositions are well suited to producing porous substrates through a sintering process. Formulations made according to the present disclosure can produce porous substrates having improved flexibility demonstrated by an increased flexural strength while still retaining excellent pressure drop characteristics.

Multicomponent sintered porous liquid applicator nibs

A porous sintered multicomponent applicator nib and methods of making and using these nibs. The porous nibs are made from sintered plastic particles. These nibs are used with liquid applicators devices, medical devices, writing tools or cosmetic applicators to apply liquids containing high solids or pigments to surfaces such as metal, paper, skin, hair, tissue or a wound.

Marker and stamp system

A marker and stamp system embodied in a double-end device is provided. The device includes a marker end and an opposing stamp end. The stamp end enables the creation of clear and concise group presentations/instructions through the uniform application of predetermined symbols via a stamp applicator portion and marking template, while the marker end facilitates the presentation of tailored, free-hand markings via application of a marker nib.

WRITING TOOL AND DISPENSING UNIT THEREOF
20180333979 · 2018-11-22 · ·

A writing tool includes a writing unit, a capillary member, a dispensing unit, and a replaceable ink cartridge. The capillary member, the dispensing unit, and the replaceable ink cartridge are mounted in the writing unit. The dispensing unit contacts the capillary member and has at least one cutting portion. The replaceable ink cartridge accommodates ink therein and has a film at one end thereof. The replaceable ink cartridge can be installed in the dispensing unit and the film can be pierced and cut by the at least one cutting portion. The ink flows through the film and is delivered to the writing unit via the capillary member and the dispensing unit for writing. The writing tool can thus dispense the ink fluently and leave no residual ink.

Device for dispensing chemiluminescent solution

Devices have a flexible housing with an inside chamber having a closed and open end. A first chemiluminescent fluid is disposed in a breakable container in the chamber, and a second chemiluminescent fluid is in the chamber. A tip assembly is attached to the housing and includes a nib movably disposed in the body, and a filter element may be positioned within the body to prevent passage of broken particles from the container to the nib tip. A resilient element is used to impose an outward biasing force on the nib. A porous material is disposed over an outer surface of the nib tip and securely held in place. The device is activated for use by bending the housing to break the container causing the first and second chemiluminescent fluids to mix and react, providing a chemiluminescent solution that flows to the tip assembly for dispensing onto a desired surface.
