Articulated pen
Articulated pens are provided. A pen includes: a shank; an ink tube comprising a first section, a second section, a third section, and a fourth section; a writing tip connected to the fourth section; a first guide rail connected to the shank and that bends the ink tube at a first angle between the first section and the second section; and a second guide rail pivotally connected to the first guide rail and that bends the ink tube at a second angle between the third section and the fourth section. Pivoting the second guide rail relative to the first guide rail adjusts a third angle between the second section and the third section.
Writing Instrument with Magnetic Features and Quick Refill Capability
A writing instrument assembly has a writing instrument with a body and a working tip extended or extendable from the body. A holder has a landing spot for the writing instrument. The writing instrument is magnetically and detachably retained at the landing spot when attached to the holder. The working tip is sheathed or covered automatically when the writing instrument is attached to the holder and is unsheathed or uncovered when detached from the holder.

Stylus with an adjustable dimension
A stylus includes a cylindrical shaped housing and a shell. The shell is rotatably connected to the housing. A cross-sectional area of the housing has a first dimension along a first axis and a second dimension along a second axis, the first axis perpendicular to the second axis. The first dimension is smaller than the second dimension. A cross-sectional area including both the shell and the housing has a third dimension along the first axis that is substantially the same as the first dimension while the shell is in a first position and substantially the same as the second dimension while the shell is in a second position.
ANGLED PEN
Angled pens are provided. A pen includes: a shank; an ink tube inside the shank; a first tip member connected to a distal end of the shank; a second tip member connected to a distal end of the first tip member; and a bent tubular member including a proximal end section, a middle section, and a distal end section. An axis of the middle section is arranged at a first angle relative to a central axis of the shank. The axis of the middle section is arranged at a second angle relative to an axis of the distal end section, the second angle being in a range of 45 to 90. The axis of the distal end section is arranged at a third angle relative to the central axis of the shank.
Device for dispensing chemiluminescent solution
Devices have a flexible housing with an inside chamber having a closed and open end. A first chemiluminescent fluid is disposed in a breakable container in the chamber, and a second chemiluminescent fluid is in the chamber. A tip assembly is attached to the housing and includes a nib movably disposed in the body, and a filter element may be positioned within the body to prevent passage of broken particles from the container to the nib tip. A resilient element is used to impose an outward biasing force on the nib. A porous material is disposed over an outer surface of the nib tip and securely held in place. The device is activated for use by bending the housing to break the container causing the first and second chemiluminescent fluids to mix and react, providing a chemiluminescent solution that flows to the tip assembly for dispensing onto a desired surface.

USE OF ELEMENTS FOR WRITING, DRAWING, MARKING, AND/OR PAINTING DEVICES, OR COSMETIC DEVICES, OR INPUT DEVICES
The use of an element for a writing, drawing, marking, and/or painting device, or cosmetic device, or input device for touch-sensitive surfaces, wherein the at least one element is a 3D-printed element. The at least one element has at least one main body and at least one structure. The at least one main body consists of a first material component. The at least one structure is provided as a visually detectable structure and/or at least one structure formed as a haptic zone. The at least one visually detectable structure and/or at least one structure formed as a haptic zone is a raised structure which projects from the surface, or the at least one visually detectable structure and/or at least one structure formed as a haptic zone is a decorated zone of the surface.
Writing, drawing, marking and/or painting utensil or cosmetics implement or input device for contact-sensitive surfaces, and method for producing the same
A writing, drawing, marking and/or painting utensil or cosmetics implement or input device for contact-sensitive surfaces, wherein the utensil/implement/device includes at least one shank element made of plastics material or a plastics-containing wood substitute. The at least one shank element has a surface, or in that the at least one shank element has a surface which is sheathed in a material layer having a cover surface. The surface of the shank element or the cover surface of the material layer is in the form of a haptic and/or non-slip layer. The haptic and/or non-slip layer has a structure formed in one piece with the shank element and/or the material layer. The structure is formed by corrugation.
